1 full bathroom with tub / shower in the hallway, close to the kitchen.

The guests are to access everything in the house.
The place is spacious, clean, organized, and has all the essentials. You have your own private front yard. Renting the first-floor unit of a two-story house. There's parking for multiple vehicles. It's located near popular tourist destinations and have quick access to the 210, 134, 110 and 118 freeway. Furniture is very comfortable and enjoy watching TV/Netflix on a big screen.

It’s an Infrared Heater on the Wood Cabinet as shown on picture and will have its own portable AC plus the room has a ceiling fan.
