Casa Aralia est un haut de gamme en peluche 2 chambres 1 salle de bain d'inspiration moderne maison du milieu du siècle adjacent à la forêt nationale d'Angeles se trouve niché dans les collines et est élégamment meublé pour le confort, la détente et la romance.

Vous entrez dans la maison et à votre droite, vous trouverez la cuisine avec vue sur le salon, qui est décorée dans des tons de bon goût, en ajoutant à l'effet apaisant des montagnes à proximité. La lumière s'écoule des hautes fenêtres le long du mur du salon. Il y a un grand patio avec des plantes en pot matures. Les deux chambres sont cachées et offrent des draps luxuriants. La chambre principale a un lit king size avec TV et la chambre secondaire a un lit queen size.

Dans le grand patio privé, vous pourrez profiter du quartier paisible. Il y a un barbecue à gaz pour vos besoins de BBQ! Peaceful Stay

This property is exactly as listed, and is located in a very peaceful spot, just a short walk from walking trails, yet close to shopping. Everything was pristine, and the enclosed outdoor space was a plus. Loved our stay there!

Lovely place in the foothills

We were in town to spend time with local family and see a concerts. We loved this place. Quiet neighborhood a little off the beaten path but easy access to the freeway. Would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

It was the perfect spot for a month of work and play in Altadena. We were close to family and things to do. We would stay again. Great communication with property management.

Great communication with host. Easy check in and check out process. Home was clean, well stocked, and contained a binder with detailed instructions on item location and functionality directives. Welcome basket was a sweet touch. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great Mountain Location

Was pleasantly surprised with the mountain stay location. The property is a little out dated, lots of spider webs on outside patio furniture and bushes as you enter the property. Cleanliness could be upgrdaded. Other than these issues the stay was enjoyable. The best part of this stay was definitely the location nestled in the mountains.

Great Location

Great location, quiet neighborhood, and really nice neighbors. The place could use better curtains, and much more comfortable mattresses. If you like to cook, the cookware leaves a lot to be desired. It's mostly thrift store leftovers, but it got the job done.

A clean, quiet retreat.

The good points are as follows - a very clean property with a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. The street parking was right in front of the entrance. It is a very quiet neighborhood so anyone planning on entertaining a large group with loud music won’t be appreciated by the neighbors. Things that I would improve are the towels and install protective fencing around the open fireplace.

Tranquil Place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casa Aralia was a very nice place to stay. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood nestled in a hill. It get plenty of natural light. We stayed for about 3 weeks and it didn't have any issues to speak of. Our dog loved laying outside in the sun and watching the squirrels run around too.

Fun and relaxing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a cute little bungalow, nicely decorated and a great outdoor area to enjoy and relax. I was a little concerned when making our way to the house but once there we realized it really was in a good location with a traffic free route to Santa Anita where we spent time at this years Breeders Cup. I would definitely rent this house again the next time we attend the event. Vacation Living LLC staff was wonderful.

Our Son's Graduation Trip

We loved our stay here! It was exactly as described and the online photos were an accurate reflection of the accommodations. Our trip was for our son's HS Graduation as he is pursuing a career in film, so it was a perfect location for venturing out to explore LA and the surrounding areas. It's in a beautiful, quiet location, and was such a lovely place to come back to each night. We also stayed cool during the heat wave. I had a Zoom meeting for work after our checkout time, and one of the property management staff generously made arrangements for me to use another one of their nearby properties for my meeting since late checkout was not available at this location due to arriving guests. It was seamless to communicate back and forth with her, and the other property was beautiful and also very well maintained. Would stay again and highly recommend it to others!

Great house with 2 BR for two people but in the fire zone

House was beautifully decorated in grays although basically it's an old house with lots of paint. Well stocked kitchen with staples (would be nice to list them all because we duplicated some). Could add a scissors instead of one of the can openers. The back terrace was beautiful to hang out in (but could use sprucing up). It's only a 3 block walk to El Prieto Canyon Trailhead. Only concern is development's location on a spit of land surrounded by ravines and only 1 road in or out. We'd stay there again! We're 78 and 82 and liked to have our own bedrooms.

A wonderful stay in Pasadena

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First let me say this experience was truly a home away from home. Kate was beyond accommodating and flexible with us. Our schedule changed and we asked for an early check in and our request was granted not once but twice (we moved times twice). The home was perfect for our family and our dog. It was clean, comfortable and tucked away in a beautiful location away from the hustle/bustle of Pasadena. We will definitely return...oh and the icing on the cake, my husband left his phone charger and I am told it has been put in the mail to us...Thank You Kate for a lovely time!

Fantastic Rose Bowl Location

Our family traveled here from Florida for the National Championship Game. GO Seminoles! It is a perfect location for the games and for sightseeing. We traveled to Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica with NO traffic. Very short drive to Old pasadena shopping area, my personal favorite. Upon arrival we were charmed to see this beautifully renovated home with fireplace, two flat screen TV s. The house is fully equipped and well stocked for any occasion. The beds are comfortable, the linens are nice. We felt right at home. Not to mention the great gift box of snacks awaiting us. Coffee on the completely private patio looking up at the Mountains was a delight very morning. The home was spotlessly clean and filled with all the little touches and all the little things you always forget to bring with you Whether traveling for a game or just a relaxing stay in beautiful Pasadena I highly recommend this home. This will always be my first choice in Pasadena. The Granatos

Great location! Near many local points of interest yet secluded.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd stay at this location and likely our last. The neighborhood is nice and feels safe. You ca hike into the foothills from the house. Since our first stay the upkeep of the house seems be lacking. The home was not really clean, seemed to have been straightened and spot cleaned. Kitchen is missing many items or in need of replacements, items that make a stay comfortable. Dishwasher needs replacement and gas grill was very dirty to the point I was not going to clean it in order to grill. The fence in the outdoor space is also in need of repairs with boards missing or lose add in that the broken lock on the gate presents a security risk.

There were a few issues that; 1. Backyard flooded on the patio from them irrigation, 2. The grill was very difficult to light, 3. Television in main room had issues with the screen.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: nice quiet area, high on Altadena mountainside. Comfy beds. One Dislike: the showerhead: no way to adjust water pressure. It emitted water at such a high pressure and speed that it felt like needles hitting the body -VERY PAINFUL. A showerhead with a choice of emitters would be much better, and a different faucet so that water pressure can be adjusted. The notebook for the house also needs updating of phone numbers and the business license certificate. Should be printed in darker font for easier reading and typos should be corrected.

Home Away From Home

Reviewer Comments: Casa Aralia was a perfect "home away from home" during our two month visit with children and grandchildren in the Pasadena area. The house was clean, simply and well decorated, and with a few minor exceptions, everything worked as described. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace during a few cold spells, the patio, as well as the miles of hiking trails easily accessible from the neighborhood!
