DEPOSIT
$250 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (may ask for $500 during holidays/events)

BBQ GRILL
There may be a time where the BBQ propane tank is empty and needs refilled - there is a gas station nearby that will refill it, and we are happy to reimburse you

Game room = 78 degrees, fixed temperature
House AC = Minimum 70 degrees, maximum 80 degrees, fixed temperature
