Beautiful Spacious 5 BR with Pool, and Lake View

Dwayne was aware that I was out of the country (in the middle east) and in a different time zone and had no internet connection. I had them in contact with the house manager. She was communicating back and forth with them. (I have a copy of all the text messages from her to them and back). I didn't see Dwayne mentioning the sink leak that happened while they were in the house, and I had to send a plumber on an emergency call, and it cost me over $1,100 to replace the faucet and fix the leak, and I didn't ask them to pay for it, in regards to the Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi was working the same day that the clients checked in. I had guests that checked out the same day and never complained about it, and my house manager tested it in the morning, and it was working. I didn't want to accuse Dwayne and his guest of damaging the screens that control the jacuzzi (which I had the pool company checks the next day), and they had to order a new screen that took a couple of weeks to arrive and $525 out of my pocket to replace, and Also, I didn't ask them to pay for it. My final thought to Dwayne is who wants to use the jacuzzi in 100-degree weather. I will never rent my home to people like you, and I hope all the homeowners see this so they know what kind of person you are. By the way, I had guests that checked the same day you checked out, and they just gave the house and me five stars rating (I can send a copy if their rating if you like)
