Situé sur l'un des PLUS GRANDS LOTS RÉSIDENTIELS de toute la ville de Lake Havasu, cette ancienne `` maison modèle '' dispose de trois chambres, deux salles de bains, une Super Game Room (bdrm # 4) et se trouve à seulement 3 1/2 pâtés de maisons du pont de Londres .
Nous venons de re-plâtrer la piscine et le bain à remous, en plus de refaire le revêtement de la terrasse fraîche sur tout le patio arrière.
L'immense salle de jeux a un jeu de palets, une table de jeu de balle, des paniers de basket, une table de billard ET un air hockey. L'énorme voie de circulation circulaire dispose d'un grand parking pour tout ce que vous pouvez tirer. Cette maison a une vue incroyable sur le lac. C'est une maison NON Party NON fumeur et nous aimerions que nos clients le maintiennent. Nous avons récemment peint et mis à jour tous les revêtements de sol en bois franc dans toutes les chambres. Nous avons également ajouté 4 lits superposés en bois sur la chambre # 3. Nous mettons continuellement à jour pour que votre séjour soit aussi agréable que le nôtre.

La piscine chauffée et le bain à remous, le barbecue, le gazebo et le patio rendront vos rencontres dans la cour plus agréables. Une image vaut mille mots, alors profitez-en. Veuillez lire les commentaires des anciens locataires et n'hésitez pas à m'appeler ou à m'envoyer un SMS.

The house was a great size for 14 people! At no point did we feel cramped or out of space. Little bit of a walk to the London Bridge, but great location and option with that many people. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again!

Good times had by all.

Great for our family to play all the games in the game room, swim in the pool and hang out in the hot tub. Location was great being so close to everything. Loved our stay and would do it again for sure.

Perfect location and close to everything. Plenty of parking for our 4 cars plus boat. Fit all 14 of us with ease and plenty for our teenagers to do. Would book again and recommend to others.

Desert Storm boat show

We were in town for the Desert Storm boat show. The property location is great, close to London Bridge area, restaurants, grocery stores. We made a few meals and ate outside on patio by the pool. We would definitely rent again.

Great time would stay again

Awesome house, we had 3 cars and 3 boats the long circular driveway was perfect and made getting in and out a breeze. Super close to tons of fast food our young adults loved being able to walk to food and the bars. The house had everything we needed, extra towels extra blankets extra fans. We grilled one night and hung out by the pool which was great, tons of seating for a large group. The game room was fun and helped to have the two living rooms for everyone to spread out. Would definitely stay again. Communication with the owner was easy.

Perfect family stay! Excited to return soon!

This home met our family's needs perfectly! We traveled with our two daughters, son-in-law and grandson - 18 months - it met all of our needs perfectly! We enjoyed family game night, the pool, and the space for all to relax. The crib, highchair, toys and amenities for our grandson were greatly appreciated! We look forward to seeking out this property for our next return to Havasu!

Excellent location

We stayed at this property 2 years ago as well. Sadly the property hasn’t seen much love in the 2 year period. No working lights in master, difficulty closing patio door, towels etc not ready on our arrival. Not a bad experience - just disappointing lack of maintenance and care…

Annual family trip

Truly enjoyed the home. It was well stocked, spacious and centrally located to all amenities. The gas barbecue grill was clean and easy to use. We barbecue our entire stay, so a clean working grill is important. The pool was nice with plenty of outdoor seating for the entire family. I would have given 5 stars in all categories except the front and back yard were not tidy. There was scaffolding, ladders and tools left in the back and side yard. Found that unattractive when enjoying the back yard. Overall it was a great experience!

30th birthday getaway

The house was perfect location! Nice space inside. Beds very comfortable. He was nice enough to let us access the pool before our check-in time :) Some issues we had were two burners not working on the stove, dishwasher not working (and you couldn’t even put dishes in to dry because the whole unit would fall out), food already in fridge and freezer, fridge water and ice machine didn’t work, and there were clean towels and clothing from the owners on one of the beds when we arrived. The trash dumpsters were already full when 12 of us arrived, so we had nowhere except the side of the house to put all the cans and trash we went through in the four days.

It was okay

Well....the house is ok. The location is good. The pool and spa were unusable and we didn't get any notice. We got a slight refund but nothing worthy of NOT having a spa to use,as that was a major reason we booked this property. There was also issues with the Dish TV service. The house needs a facelift,but it's not bad. The game room is very cramped and only a Pac Man game along with a pool table and an air hockey table is in there. Well there is a drum kit,half set up correctly,and one stick🤷

Havusu family time

The kids loved it with the game room and pool no “Im bored” all weekend:)they had movies and games and toys and alot of seating areas perfect for a big family! some of the supplies were not stocked like dishwasher detergent and paper towels and garbage bags but the family dollar across the street was handy. The jacuzzi heater was broke so that was disappointing but the property manager was nice and let us use another propertys jacuzzi but not as nice as having it in your backyard, but things happen that can’t be helped . It did not ruin our stay we had a great time!!! If you have a big group bring a griddle breakfast was a challenge, the stove is a little outdated and burners were a hit and miss. But over all this facility was perfect. We would definately book it again😀

The listing stated there were 4 bedrooms, There are 3 bedrooms. There was no fryer even though the listing showed DRYER. They showed the same bedroom twice in the listing to make it look like a 4th bedroom. There were barley pots and pans or utensils. The AC shut off at night and the house was so hot. The game room showed games they didn't even have. I was very very unhappy with this rental. I felt like I was fooled . thank you,

Our family came to Lake Havasu for a Christmas vacation. The house was in a great location, but upon our arrival we discovered that the hot tub was completely empty, and the pool was halfff full with trash and the pool vaccuum floating in it! I reached out to the host to inquire about the pool, but never got a response the entire 9 days we spent there! The pool and hot tub were the reason we chose this particular house to begin wih, so the kids were extra disappointed. The internet didn't work the entire time either which was frustrating. The kicker for the entire thing is that the host charged us a $450 pet fee for our daughter's service dog! The host said that even though he is a service dog, they still charge the pet fee which we later found out is a direct violation of vrbo policy. I had to put in a complaint which vrbo was extremely helpful with, but wasn't something I wanted to have to deal with. I wish the owner would have just been responsive, honest, and forthcoming!

Not at all how described

When we arrived to the Vrbo, first there was vehicles out at end of driveway on a busy street that made very difficult to see and turn in Got into house and well let’s just say it’s a house probably hasn’t been renovated in last 30 years. Went to check out the pool and hot tub cause that’s where we spend a lot of time both were extremely dirty and not just from wind cool decking missing in several places dirt built up all over in hot tub and poolWe asked the owners through txt to clean it no reps ones till Day later that they would send someone but never saw anyone we cleaned it ourselves good enough to use. Overall ok place to sleep and wake up and leave again , I wish I would’ve done research and stayed somewhere else.

Amazing Lake Home

This was an amazing vacation home! It had all amenities. You literally only need to pack your clothes. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to cook or BBQ. It was a great location close to the marina and centrally located with stores, restaurants and gas stations on the same street. Will definitely be booking again!

My friends and I have been visiting Lake Havasu since 1993 for the soul purpose of riding jet skis. After making countless trips from Los Angeles my family finally got curious enough to see what all the fuss was about. Shortly after i bought my first home while my father and I were remodeling it we came across this one. Wow!! What an incredible view, big home, pool, hot tub and on one of the largest residential lots in Lake Havasu City. I suggested we buy it, he agreed. Now there are two destinations that we have to choose from when heading to Lake Havasu (by now you have probably figured out that my whole family is gung-ho about vacationing there). Two more relatives partnered with me in the purchase of The Kings View Condo that is the 'best address in Lake Havasu'. My only hope is that you love Havasu as much as we do.
