HOUSE RULES
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation!
Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 11AM
1. PARKING: You may park in the garage or on the driveway side by side. No Parking on the lawn. No Commercial/Motor Homes/RV Vehicles allowed on property.
2. No unregistered guests allowed. The maximum property capacity is 5 people.
3. No parties or events. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. And in the unfortunate event of the disruption alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
4. Quiet time is before 8am and after 10 p.m.
5. No smoking inside or in doorways of the home. If smoking outside, cigarette butts must be disposed of properly in containers then thrown in the trash can.
6. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
7. No rearranging of furniture.
8. You may use the washer/dryer. Make sure no sand goes into either machine. Any damages due to neglect/misuse will be charged to you..
9. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be charged to the card on file.
10. BBQ must be cleaned before end of stay. Failure to clean will result in a $35 cleaning charge.
11. If any sand is found in the bed linens, an extra cleaning fee of $35 dollars will be charged.
12. Pets/Animals are not allowed on any furniture! Any smell/damage will result in extra charges.
13. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’ discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for those consumables.
BEFORE YOU LEAVE
1. Dispose of all garbage in the Green trash bin before checkout. Blue bin is only for clean recyclables. Trash Day is Friday, early morning, so please put out trash can night before if you are staying through a Friday. Follow the Trash Schedule provided in binder on coffee table.
2. Place all dirty towels in the laundry bin provided in the laundry area in garage upon departure.
3. Wash the dishes either by hand or use the dishwasher upon departure.
4. Turn AC temperature up to 78F at checkout. Heat to 72F at checkout.
5. Make sure to turn off all INTEROR lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Leave EXTERIOR lights ON.
6. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock all exterior doors including the door between house and garage.
