Vous êtes à 100 mètres de la rampe de mise à l'eau, un parking supplémentaire pour votre remorque à bateau. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour satisfaire votre appétit après une longue journée de pêche. Enjoyable stay

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Condo was in a great location, quiet neighborhood, dog friendly with nice walking spaces. Back of Condo on canal is beautiful & peaceful. The Condo is older & in need of some repairs in kitchen but clean, kitchen well stocked, all amenities we needed. Great communication with owner. Thank you for hosting us.

Great value and location

Nice play to stay, right on the water and great location. We were minutes from the beach. The condo is perfect for what I needed, Robert checked in on us and we felt very safe and secure.

We had a great time staying at this condo! Our family came over to fish with us off the back dock which was a great time! The place was quiet and was the perfect little getaway spot!

A little dog surprise

Overall, I would LOVE to rate this rental with 5 stars. It’s nice and clean and a really nice layout in a good location on the water. My adult son loved fishing at night right outside the back door.But… we like to travel with our Bassett Hound. We paid extra for her to join us. She’s a sweet girl but gets spooked with big dogs. We had no idea there would be two pit bulls upstairs in the owners’ home. At one point, one of the pitties ran loose straight to me and my Bassett. It was a scary situation, not having the owner nearby and the pit bull trying to close in on us. I was deflecting with a plastic chair for as long as I could. By the time the owner came down to retrieve her dog, it had my Bassett frozen and fearful under my legs. I know this was a one-time incident, but I would’ve appreciated the owners stopping by to see how we were doing after that situation. Unfortunately, the message that we were okay that I texted through this app wasn’t read until the next day. My other complaint is that there is a lot of noise in the middle of the night when the owners and the dogs decide to walk around. Thin floor/ceiling.

Loved the location, nice fishing and kayaking off canal. Host was excellent in communication, felt safe, and very quiet. Will return to this VRBO when returning to this area of Texas Gulf Coast. Thank you

On the water and near the beach!

Great location. Loved the water just out the back door. Owner is very attentive to any needs that may arise. If you are looking for an affordable great place to fish while at home and a golf cart ride to the beach, this is the place! We caught trout, mangrove snapper, sting ray, lady fish, and perch off the dock. It is no frills but a great time for the price.

Good place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. Our little ones enjoyed fishing off the dock. Close to the beach. Good restaurants around. The people were very quick to respond to any questions we had!

Perfect family rental

This was the perfect property for our family of 6. Plenty of space, clean property and only a 3 minute drive to whitecap beach. The the dock at the property was perfect for fishing to keep the kids busy in between activities. The owner was very communicative and while we did not run into any issues, we were comfortable knowing that the owner was very responsive and ready to help if the need arose. We looking forward to booking again in the future.

Road trip get away

The Property was in a great location for quick beach access, shopping and fishing, close to Port A it was maybe 15/20 minute drive the unit in my opinion needed a little updating nothing major the vertical blinds over the patio door and the gas grill needed a little attention but overall I would recommend this unit and would stay again! We enjoyed our stay.

Padre Island Condo

Our 2 month stay at this first floor condo was very nice! The condo is right on the water, in a quiet neighborhood, it was clean and comfortable, we had good communication with the owner, and are looking forward to going back for a return visit. Lovely condo on the water

This was a nice, pet friendly , 2bedroom /2bath, lower level rental on the waterfront, in a quiet neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay for a month here and had good communications with Robert the owner. We will book this rental again ! Joan

Highly recommend. Robert makes sure you have what you need and throws some extras too. Loved the location, the view, and the fact that you fan use the kayak to have fun at the canal. Definitely recommend.

Fishing Vacation

Our choice of this location was heavily influenced by access to the water. Everything was as advertised. We launched our boat at a private ramp 10 houses down from the property and parked the trailer in the empty lot next door. This was a huge advantage to us, allowing my wife to take the truck without worry of hauling a trailer. There was a nice grocery store, hardware/ everything store, convenient stores and beach access all within a 5 or so minute drive. There was deep water from just off the pier all the way to the intercoastal and easy bay access, bait shops accessible by boat within a short distance. I can't speak about the fishing quality as it rained the entire time we were there but we still had a great time. Like anywhere you stay there are things that could be better but we have zero complaints, if/when we return to the area I would stay here again.

Great location, repairs needed

Some repairs needed. Most notably, dishwasher, patio door and blinds, and dumpster replacements. Bedding was clean and comfortable, laundry detergent, not furnished. Outside decking under construction and stair rails to dock not present. Owner was very helpful and rescued me from water, enabling me to get out on dock, without damaging my sail and board.

Not worth the price

The check in time was later than I like, we didn’t have hot waters and tub was a bit dirty, found out it was turned off, while making the bed found a condom wrapper in side of bed, not very well stocked, no blow dryer, It was on the water, but there was a fee to use boat ramp that we didn’t see mentioned in description . For the price we paid we were very disappointed in what we rented. I have had much nicer places better equipped and cleaner for the same price. Not a place I will suggest for any friends or family. Also folks above came in late Friday night and walking around woke us up. Footsteps are easily heard anytime folks walked around upstairs.
