As you walk into this home, you see right through the living areas to the open water views.
Comfortable living spaces and open floor plan to the kitchen and the screend in porch.
The modern and sleek kitchen has stainless steel appliances with an island cooking station. Eloquent Cambria counter tops enhance the coastal theme.

The wraparound walkways enable sensational views! You can relax right off the private master balcony or go down to the main floor and open the French doors to larger balcony for entertaining friends and family. Morning coffee overlooking the water or cocktails in the evenings watching the gorgeous sunsets on the screened balcony is where you'll live!!

The first master bedroom and bath is located on the first floor, the second master bedroom with onsuite bath is located on the top floor with a bath and queen size bed also facing the open water views. The other two bedrooms are also located upstairs along with the third bathroom.

3 kayaks included for your use. The dock has two sections, a new 16,000 pound boat lift for a 32 ft boat plus a 40 ft dock. It's only a short ride to the open ocean for fishing and diving. Private ramp and fenced in yard. Lots of room for for extra large trailers, RV's, trucks and more.
This home and property is located at the end of a quiet street on Cocoplum. You don't want to pass this property up!!

Important Notices
Min. Booking age is 25 years old
Pool/ Spa will be heated.
Home has a max occupancy of 10 people no matter the age.
One boat twoTrailer and three vehicles will be allowed per stay.
Check in is at 4 pm and access information given 24 hour before arrival.
Quality Control Staff will be checking the property the day of arrival to ensure your check in experience is memorable.
Home has surround outside property surveillance cameras

Towels and Linens are provided.
A starter Kit of toiletries are provided
We also ask that you do a Friday to Friday in the Summer from June through July, the rest of the year is open booking start dates.

For those that paid for Pool/Spa Heat Notice:
Pool heater's max is 88 until 4:00 pm Spa heater's max is 100 from 5:00pm to 10:00 pm.

This home is a max of 10 people at any time per stay and absolutely No pets at Anytime will be allowed. We truly want to make your stay as wonderful as possible with no interruptions or an order to vacate premises due to breach of contract.

Perfect For Us

This property was just what we were looking for. Quiet comfort and elegance with everything we needed to have a very relaxing and memorable experience. The location is perfect in terms of proximity to restaurants and shopping and the lot size and water frontage was great for both seclusion and for the ability to fish off the bank and dock. The fishing was amazing….. 😊. Highly recommended vacation spot.

Family Vacation

The home itself is absolutely amazing. Has a lot to offer. BUT unfortunately the management company was another story. The propane tanks for the grill were empty. I texted per their request to have it taken care of. Nobody showed up. When I asked when they would be coming they argued they sent someone out there and even talked to us. I assured them this wasn’t true and come to find out they sent the handyman to the wrong property. The AC went out. Temps reached 81 in the house. Nobody showed and instead a group of men showed up to fix The railing and nobody informed us of.management wouldn’t respond to me about the AC when nobody showed up despite reaching out to the 2 numbers provided and we just had to hope someone would show and eventually did. The furniture and mattresses were covered in animal hair. We don’t stay in the animal friendly homes bc my daughter is highly allergic. No where on the listing does it mention animals allowed but there was animal hair everywhere. My daughter had an allergic reaction the entire stay and we realized the issue when we we stripped the beds and saw it all. I sent videos and photos to the management team and they only responded they weren’t aware of any animals and completed ignored me and ghosted me once again after that like they could care less. The neighbors let their dogs run around and they poop in the yard and in the trash every day. Home is great. Management team is awful, and I am a STR owner and operator myself. So sad.
