Situé au cœur des fabuleuses Florida Keys à seulement 50 miles de Key West et à 100 miles de l'aéroport international de Miami. Ici, vous trouverez notre maison privée, fermée, 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains avec une maison d'hôtes séparée supplémentaire de 1 chambre et 1 salle de bain que nous appelons "Serenity Bay". Ces maisons sont situées au centre sur 1 acre de front de mer direct du golfe du Mexique. Admirez les magnifiques couchers de soleil des Florida Keys juste devant votre véranda! La maison principale dispose de 3 chambres dont une suite parentale à l'étage dont nous savons que vous allez tomber amoureux. Le propriétaire a mis en place cette maison pour donner à tous ses invités la sensation des fabuleuses Florida Keys tout en combinant tous les éléments importants que nos clients recherchent dans une maison de vacances familiale privée. La maison d'hôtes séparée avec 1 lit et 1 salle de bain est une touche agréable pour ceux qui ont besoin d'un peu plus d'intimité la nuit mais qui souhaitent toujours faire partie de la foule pour toutes les activités quotidiennes. Serenity Bay a été créé pour offrir à tous nos clients l'équilibre parfait entre intimité et commodité. Nous voulions que tous nos invités aient un endroit où ils pourraient organiser des mariages, des retraites familiales, des escapades et d'autres fonctions tout en appréciant vraiment ce que les fabuleuses Florida Keys ont à offrir!

Nous sommes ravis d'annoncer que nous venons d'ajouter (au 14/07/16) jusqu'à 25 'de Deep Water Dockage pour tous nos invités à la marina voisine ON US. Vous pouvez également demander de l'espace supplémentaire si nécessaire et ils travailleront avec vous car il y en a beaucoup disponibles (entrée de la marina 550 'de l'allée de cette maison). Cela comprend également l'utilisation illimitée de leur rampe de mise à l'eau, le stockage de la remorque et le raccordement à l'eau pour le lavage et le rinçage du moteur. Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed the outdoor space and spent little time inside. The pool was large and heated to a comfortable temperature. It felt very private and secluded, but within walking distance of restaurants, mini-mart and activities. We had a great time!

Like renting 3 individual units

3 couples stayed, plenty of room & privacy. Excellent pool & hot tub. Kayaking past The Dolphin Institute w a short trek into the mangroves a short paddle away. Loved the fire table as our stay the weather didn't cooperate but the outside spaces saved the vacation.

Incredible place

If you have a family “chef” with you, they may think the kitchen supplies are a bit lacking but if you've stayed at as many VRBO’s as we have, that can be expected. The bedrooms were fine. Communication with the agent was excellent. The exterior amenities is where this place shines. An incredible pool with spa. Private beach area with fire pit. Awesome gulf views. Awesome sunset views. Outdoor seating area, etc. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. Plenty of places for kids to play or places for adults to relax

Peaceful, relaxing vacation place

Private, quiet and absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax with family. Not only did we see dolphins at the research center, but some wild ones came by too! Thanks for sharing this beautiful haven with others.

You Won’t Want to Leave the Property 🌴☀️

The pictures really don’t do this place justice! The backyard area is unreal and the views are breathtaking. The house was the perfect size for my family of 8 adults and 1 baby. The separate cottage worked out perfectly for the baby and us! Also really enjoyed kayaking and fishing off the dock. Highly recommend.

We recently booked for our family's annual holiday trip, and it was an absolute delight! The location was perfect, offering stunning oceanfront views that made our stay even more special. The accommodations were top-notch, with a beautiful pool and spa that provided the perfect relaxation after a day of activities. We loved the variety of amenities available, including kayaks and a volleyball court, which kept everyone entertained and active. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to create lasting memories with our family. I only have positive things to say about our experience, and we can't wait to return next year!

Ultimate Relaxation

We loved our stay. The pool is perfect- shaded somewhat by the palm trees which was great during the day. And beautiful landscaping and lighting made the patio the perfect place to hang out. House was really nice and sunsets were amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, fabulous time!!

We had a fantastic stay. The outdoor areas including the pool and hot tub are so beautiful. The views from the kitchen and living room are breathtaking. There are a few areas inside that could use a little refresh but we truly spent every waking minute outside so that didn’t matter. And the property manager, Guy, was so friendly and very responsive. All in all, a really memorable week!

Beautiful Sunsets

The outdoor oasis that this home offers is perfect. We enjoyed amazing sunsets every evening. The house itself could use a bit of a refresh, but we spent all of our time outside so it really didn't bother us. The property manager was super friendly and quick to respond to all of our needs. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation.

Amazing stay in the Keys

We had an amazing time in the Keys! The house and location were perfect for our family. We had 4 kids ages 6-8 who could have stayed a month! We fished from the dock, saw all sorts of great wildlife and spent countless hours in the pool. The outdoor living area was spacious and the house was extremely well equipped. The location was great with food close enough to walk to or you could easily buzz to dinner up or down the keys. We have already discussed another trip to this house!

Absolute Paradise!

We had an incredible week, and Guy was so helpful with recommendations for activities and dining! This trip was a birthday gift for me…best birthday ever! Most of our week was spent either in the beautiful pool and hot tub, or snorkeling, playing volleyball, or finding the best Key Lime Pie (S.S. Wreck…within walking distance). Waking up to palm trees and water views from the master bedroom is something I miss terribly now that we’re back in the desert! This rental is worth every penny.

Wonderful!

This house was perfect for our group of 7. The outside area is gorgeous. The pool and hot tub are beautiful, partially shaded, with plenty of loungers and chairs for relaxing. Everyone loved the kayaks for getting out in the ocean and exploring. Great location to watch the boats coming in and out of the marina, see the dolphin shows from across the bay, and check out the pelicans that hung out just offshore daily. The tiki/cabana was perfect for morning coffee, card games and shade during the day, and evening dinners watching the amazing sunsets. Made it into Key West twice and found some great waterfront restaurants around Marathon. A week was not enough!

One of our best vacations...

This property fit us perfectly... We rented a boat for the week & were able to keep it next door @ the Grassy Creek Marina that Guy arranged for us. The Marina had everything that we needed for the boat including kiddo/adult beverages, ice, & snacks. Plus lobstering & fishing gear. We had a ball free diving for lobsters and fishing on both sides of the keys. We ate by water most meals @ an assortment of amazing restaurants. The house slept us well, we loved the pool & waterfront backyard! The location was perfect to scoot around by land to the rest of the keys as well. Guy delivered perfect fall weather for us too! Our kids are dying to go back, so is my wife & I. This was for sure a top 5 travel experience for us!

Outdoor oasis

Family of 7, plus mom-in-law stayed for a week. Management met us at the home with a tour that relieved a lot of potential for frustration of not knowing how to operate things, or where to find them. Check out instructions were a breeze, unlike other stays that require a lot of clean up requests. Outdoor activities were awesome, although the beach is not suitable for swimming - It’s loaded with sea grass. Despite not being able to swim, it was still enjoyable to look at while having coffee around the fire pit every morning, or from the pool. The main home was clean and had a lot of the basics of seasoning and storage containers. Privacy was awesome! Never saw or heard a neighbor the entire time. Door alarms for safety of kids with the pool was a huge bonus. The mother in law cottage was laid out nice, but had a terrible mildew smell. My kids stunk like a wet basement after sleeping in there. I’m assuming it’s not used much? This is the main reason I would not give 5 starts. Overall, we would stay here again, but only in the main home.

It was our first time to the Keys and we couldn't have picked a better place. My wife and I took our two kids and their partners and one grandson It was the perfect spot for all of us

Highly Recommend

Fantastic property. We were a bit concerned at booking because of potential for noise from the marina nearby. This was not an issue at all - no noise at all and the property feels like an isolated oasis, completely surrounded by tropical foliage. Location is convenient to everything. The property was clean, spacious, and well appointed. One minor issue with one of the AC units was addressed quickly and efficiently. We were completely satisfied with our stay, would definitely recommend, and will definitely consider staying again in the future.
