Cette maison de 2006 a 5 chambres à coucher et 4 salles de bain complètes, des matelas de qualité, 3 des salles de bains ont des baignoires jacuzzi, la cuisine a des appareils de qualité commerciale, un lave-vaisselle, une machine à glaçons et des comptoirs en granit, 6 téléviseurs, une laveuse et une sécheuse et un porche grillagé dans les escaliers pour profiter de la vue ou profiter des repas, salle de moustiquaire en bas des escaliers avec une cuisine barbecue et un grand coin repas, une piscine familiale (qui peut être chauffée moyennant un supplément par semaine) entourée de palmiers, salle de théâtre avec une télévision de 72 ', clôturée cour, quais flottants, 100 t-docks avec une puissance de 50 ampères, station de nettoyage de poisson et un congélateur d'appâts pour le pêcheur.
Nous avons un parking pour plusieurs voitures, un vaste débarcadère et un parking pour remorque de bateau sur place à l'intérieur d'une cour latérale clôturée. Nous avons également deux kayaks pour votre plaisir. Il s'agit d'une location à la semaine pour au moins 7 jours.

Wow...What a house

We felt like royalty living in this house. Traveling with young children not always the easiest but the pool, the media room and the fact that we were able to park our boat at the end of the dock made everybody very happy. We went off in the boat a few times and saw pelicans, dolphins and actually swam with the fish. The Coco Plum beach a short walk away. We had such a great time.

Beautiful setting

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful vacation home! The house itself is large, spacious, and perfect for multiple families — everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves. It's just a short drive to the beach, which made it super convenient for quick trips back and forth throughout the day.The property is absolutely stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, a great pool, and a private dock that added something really special to our time there. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying meals together, or watching the sunset from the rooftop, every moment felt like a true getaway.The owner was incredibly friendly and easy to reach, which made the entire experience even more seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and relaxing escape!

Great Vaca Spot

We had a large group and had plenty of room for everybody. We did a lot of fishing and the dock with cleaning station was perfect as well as the bait freezer. We loved the pool after a long day in the ocean! Great location and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

This was an amazing vacation house. It has all of the key amenities for fun in the sun with 10 of your closest friends. The house was more than enough room for the 10 of us. The property is located in a upscale neighborhood with a heated pool, covered outdoor living space & the nicest dock on the canal. The owner was extremely responsive & accommodating. I would highly recommend this VRBO location!

A week of family fun

This property was the perfect get a way for a small reunion of 12 of us. The home was large enough for everyone to have enough space to enjoy themselves. The kitchen accommodated every need, the media room was a hit for the younger members of the family. Having access to the dock right in the backyard was a blessing. The pool was lovely and used many times a day! I recommend this property to others for a fantastic vacation!

The Manatee vacation

This is our second spring break at Marathon Keys because it’s non-commercialized, friendly, and Key West is only a 50 mile drive if you like the nightlife. The dock at this house is phenomenal and we had daily manatee visitors that were very friendly. I would suggest the aquarium in marathon along with Sunset Grill restaurant. This house was the perfect size for the eight of us that stayed. The pool is the perfect size and the hammock is beyond peaceful in the shade.

Perfect Getaway in Paradise

We recently spent a week in Marathon in beautiful Cocoplum beach. The house is exactly as pictured and exactly what we needed. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and communicative for all your questions and needs. The pool was wonderful and perfectly heated for those mid 70's evening that you would love to enjoy the pool. Cocoplum beach is a short walk down the street and dog friendly, which our pups loved to walk to each morning. Could not find a fault with the place if I tried to. We all will definitely be coming down again.

Perfect location for our Family. Had Grandfather & Grandchildren & great Grandchildren. Everybody had plenty of space. Very nice/large kitchen. Very nice balcony. Location was very accessible to the ocean, probably 10 minutes. Very nice dock. Bait freezer and fish cleaning station are especially nice added features. Kids really enjoyed theatre room. There were a few maintenance issues, but management jumped right on them. They were very good about communicating with us and responding. We would stay again.

Fantastic home!

This place is as beautiful as the photos and reviews reflect. Great vacation spot for families or friends. The views from the home and pier are just wonderful and the house is so well equipped. Many great places to sit, both inside and outside. Fishing and kyaking right there was a great feature. Owner was extremely helpful. Only negative was the very musty smell in the video room. Otherwise everything else about this property was extremely pleasant!

We had a great time. House is in a great location.

Kitchen was stocked with basically everything you would need to cook for large families. There was plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and enjoy the inside as week as outside of property. House was centralized in marathon and the Keys. The owner of the property is WONDERFUL! He Was very prompt in answering any questions prior to arrival and upon arrival and throughout the week. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will rent again with them in the future

Family Fun in the Keys

Appreciated the ease and quick responsive communication, beautiful accommodations and perfect dock for a boat. 2 manatees visiting at the dock, great fishing and pelicans were just some of the highlights we enjoyed. Dolphin encounters just a short drive as well as an easy walk to natural Coco Plum Beach and short drive to Sombrero Beach. Use of elevator was necessary for bringing large or heavy items to upper level. The pool and outdoor shower with outside entrance to full bathroom on the lower level were a delight.

Beautiful Home

This home was beautiful. The kitchen was very large and well equipt with nice appliances and plenty of dishes for a large group. The view from the screened in porch off the main level was beautiful. There was some confusion about the lay out of the bedrooms but the owner was very fast in replying to answer any and all questions. The pool area was surrounded by palm trees and had enough seating for large groups. The owners were very quick to respond to the only issue we had. They were very nice and seemed to want to make sure that we a good time at their property. I would definately recomment staying here. We had a great time.

Great location

The property was beautiful and the pool and dock were great. There was a problem with the air conditioner in the movi.e room which made it unusable. It was replaced on the last day and should be good going forward. There weren't enough towels and bedding for our large group ( we had 11 adults) and I would say it realistically sleeps 8 to 10. Still, the plusses outweighed the minuses and we really enjoyed our stay.

A perfect week!

Everything about this stay was perfect! The house was everything we wanted and more. More than enough space for our group of 9. The dock was huge and made it very easy to load and unload after a day on the water. Beds were comfortable and we had all we needed to cook great dinners in the kitchen. Elias was very communicative and friendly. I forgot to select to have the pool heated and he made sure it was taken care of for us…kids were very happy about that! Would 100% return to this property and rent with Elias again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This is a beautiful Serene property. If you looking for enough room for your adult children and grandchildren with everything you need for you vacation ~ look no further. The kitchen is every girls dream, stocked to cook any meal you can think of. The tv room is huge and comfortable for all to enjoy. The screened in patios are a huge bonus to get in out of the sun or enjoy your morning coffee. The pool is perfect. The rental Its close to all the Keys’s attractions and restaurants, but it’s like staying in the quite country! The best part of our stay is we had enough room for all 11 of us and our grandchildren absolutely can’t wait to stay again!! Coco Plum is a clean peaceful family neighborhood, Coco Plum Beach just blocks away is a great city park beach, with shallow waters, flats fishing, windy days often you will see kite boarders, dogs are allowed, great for sunset walks, area with great access to open water, and the protected bays, and there is a wild life sanctuary bay, near entrance of channel only accessible by non-motorized vessels, there are a lot of great things to do in Marathon it's one hour to Key West and all the other great things to see and do along the way.
