Plenty of space in and out! Bring your boat and park it in the driveway! Large yard and large pool deck and patio area to rest, read a book, work, dine and play! Lush tropical heated pool to spend outdoors any time of the day! This large 3 bedroom 2 bath plus patio and salt water pool has room for all your friends or family! Comfortably fitting up to 6 guests. There are even Twin XL mattresses to accommodate you further!

Guest have access to the whole property. Large yard with yard games, pool toys and loungers all fenced in!
Beach umbrella, chairs and towels supplied with your stay so no need to pay extra rental fees . We also offer a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning/laundry supplies. Room for an extra vehicle in the driveway and a vehicle in the garage. Come and live the charmed Sarasota Life!

Please note once you book you will be directed through to our pre arrival check-in process where you will be asked to supply us with additional documents to verify your identity. Travel Protection Insurance is offered, but optional.

This property has outside security devices in the front and side exterior of the home. 

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS.
All bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

1. PMI Sarasota Permitted Cancellation Periods:
a. 30 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 7 days or less
b. 60 days or more prior to your check-in date for rental periods of 8 days or more

You may cancel your booking according to either a. OR b. above, given by written notice (email accepted with time-stamp) to PMI Sarasota. If the cancellation meets the criteria of either a. or b. the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and any non-refundable charges including booking fees and management/admin fees.

2. All refunds, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to the deduction of third party non-refundable charges.

For cancellations made after the Permitted Cancellation Periods above, Guest is responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges. Guest’s only recourse for refund after the Cancellation Period is a claim on a previously purchased vacation travel insurance policy. To protect against loss of your advance deposit or booking payment resulting from cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, death, natural disasters, etc., we recommend that guests purchase Vacation Travel Protection Insurance.
