Sarasota trip

The house was good for what we needed, a bed and bathrooms. Check in was easy and the host was easy to contact. The issues we had were the non functioning smoke detectors (5 of them) and the shower floors were super slick. The house def needs some updating.

Sarasota Getaway

The property is located very close to the Sarasota Airport and convenient to drive to Siesta Key and Lido Beaches. Excellent restaurants and shops close by. The house is very comfortable and the pool is wonderful.

We would definitely stay here again!

This is a quirky, cool beach house, just not right on the beach. The location was perfect, though being right in between. It's 20 minutes from the beach and 15 mins from tons of shopping and restaurants. The relaxing pool out back and the ease of check in and communication with the owners were the cherry on top.

The house had everything we needed. A great pool, spacious rooms, 2 full bathrooms, a safe neighborhood and it was super clean. We had a great time. Our host was very accommodating, I’d definitely book again!

Sarasota Beach home

Beautiful home inside. It was so nicely decorated and arranged. Many amenities to make our stay so easy. Loved being able to talk to the owners who were so helpful!. Pool was perfect temperature, both day and evening. We would stay again!

Perfect accommodations

The property was nice & clean, plenty of space, dishwasher, washer and dryer available in the house, plenty of towels, pool was awesome, pool toys provided for kids, we were able to barrow beach chairs and umbrella. Nice quite and safe neighborhood. Absolutely loved our stay and would do again soon!

Family Fun in Sarasota

This house was perfect for our family of 5! The kids loved the bunk beds amd the pool. The beach chairs and umbrellas were an awesome amenity, and awesome beaches and St. Armand's Circle were a short drive away. We loved it here!

Super charming and fun!

Between the location, decor, great use of living space, and super nice salt water pool, this is now one of our favorites as regular visitors to Sarasota. The hosts were so gracious and accommodating. House was very well equipped with linens and cooking utensils. Thanks Daryl And Tina! Well be back.

Family getaway

We loved your property! We have two toddlers and newborn. It was so nice to just walk outside and be able To swim and come right into nap. We felt like we didn’t haven’t to leave to have a perfect vacation!

Great Vacation!

We had a great vacation. The owners are so attentive. They had everything there you think you could need including umbrellas, beach toys and coolers for the beaches. The pool was warm and kids loved it! Great location! Thanks Phil and Tina!!

Oh that pool!

This house is terrific! The decor is so fun and whimsical--you really do feel like you're in a house right on the beach. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked and the owners were so helpful and kind. So that's 5 stars right there. Let me add another 5 stars for the pool--AMAZING!!! Heated to a perfect temp, clean, soooo relaxing. If you visit Sarasota, this is the place you want to stay! 10/10

We loved it

The pool was awesome... the house was well furnished and very clean... we made ourselves right at home and there was plenty room for the 7 of us... lover that the yard had shade and sun... my only complaint would be It woulda been nice to not have quite so much foliage and landscaping so there was more room for the kids to play but everything was perfect... we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back sometime.. host is super friendly

Blissful!!!!

Absolutely recommend! There were 6 adults and our 2 year old. We all had so much fun. The house is clean, spacious, and well stocked. You're only about 15 minutes away from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. But if you don't feel like driving and getting sandy....just chill in the pool! And Tina and Daryl are amazing hosts. They respond super fast if you have any questions. Definitely coming back here!

Given a chance, we’d definitely stay here again

The grandkids look forward to swimming in a warm pool during February break and we are lucky enough to be able to oblige. The pool was sparkling clean and always the right temperature; furniture toys, and towels provided. The screen cage is so convenient. The home had everything we needed to live as a family; kitchen utensils, comfy beds, immaculate bathrooms, lots of pillows, blankets, towels, excellent appliances. There are toys and games and books, tv’s and dvd players to keep busy if you want to stay indoors. We had nightly ping pong contests. Everything was in excellent working order. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to groceries and local restaurants. We found some favorites. There are beaches not too far away and we headed there with the beach furniture and toys provided. The home is warmly decorated and roomy enough for the 7 of us to find places to relax. The owners were quickly responsive to any questions. We appreciate how much work they must do to be sure we had a great experience.

Loved Tina’s Island!

We had an amazing time at Tina’s Island. No it’s not on an island we just named it that from all the fun signs Tina has! We had 8 family members stay. The photos are all accurate. The bedrooms and 2 full baths were perfect for us. The beds and beddings were wonderful! The bonus was the pool! It was in amazing shape with so much room. There is also a great sitting area outside of the pool with very comfortable lounging chairs and tables. We would highly recommend going to Siesta Keys beach which took us 15 minutes! The house has beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels and toys to bring also! ( Maybe I missed this in the description of your house but this should be added, such a bonus to your house! ) The kitchen is on the smaller side but has anything you can think of that you would need! We cooked most of our meals at home and there wasn’t a thing that we didn’t have!! Tina was available when I called with a question! We will definitely stay again!!

We had a very enjoyable week.

The home was very adequate. It did suit our needs. I rented the home for a week. We celebrated Thanksgiving and an 80 birthday. I told Tina that I was not sure how many family members would be staying. I would let her know. Before I had a chance to tell her how many, she over reacted. Daryl was understanding. I originally told her there would be 8 adults. The total was 10 adults and 2 children. I did pay the difference. She said she had neighbors who will let her know how many people were there. She did not give us the code before we got there. We were standing in the Drive way for an hour I suggest that Tina should calm down.
