Experience a vibrant, newly renovated two-story featuring a stunning heated saltwater pool. This immaculate 3-bedroom retreat offers versatile bedding, including king, queen, and full bunk beds, plus a futon for maximum comfort. Set on a tranquil street, you'll have seamless access to Siesta and Lido Beaches, the charming Pinecraft Amish Village, shopping, and Downtown Sarasota. Your dream vacation awaits at this sunlit getaway. Siesta Beach 7.8 mi, Lido Beach 6.2 mi.

This space is set up for our guests with a private, heated saltwater pool.

The homeowner is not liable for any accidents that may occur in or around the pool.

Have a BBQ and enjoy the savory aroma of your favorite meal on the charcoal grill! Please note charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided.

**PLEASE NOTE: There is an attached 1 bd studio unit with its own private entrance to the left side of the house. There may be a potential for noise from the adjoining unit! The driveway is the only shared space. We ask you leave the left side of the driveway for the guests that reserve the attached studio.

PLEASE NOTE: The washer and dryer are free to use, however, we ask you to be respectful of the apartment guests and do not run laundry after 10pm.

Pool Heating Notice
Our pool is equipped with a heater to help maintain a comfortable temperature year-round. Please note that during colder winter months, when outside temperatures drop, the heater may not always be able to bring the water up to your desired warmth. We appreciate your understanding!

Wonderful experience

This was my first time using VRBO, or anything like it. I was so nervous, but my hosts were phenomenal. Everything was just perfect and suited my needs. If I ever need to do something like this again, I would want to stay at one of their rentals again, for sure. It was such a seemless, stress-free experience from start to finish. Great stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the house was clean, although I still wiped down everything again, because I am a germ a phobia. The kids loved the pool, which was also very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything! The host responded quickly when I informed them about a broken shade in the living room. Place was overall great for a quick getaway!

Beautiful Beach House

We loved our stay. We were a little suprised we had to share a laundry with an apartment unit next door. It was a really nice place very comfortable and safe. The pool was a big hit.

Clean, family friendly house

This was a great property to stay at for my daughters lacrosse tournament. It also was very close to the airport. It isn't the prettiest of neighborhoods, but wasn't really an issue. The couches seem old and like they are caving in a little. Towels could be updated, getting a little thin. I wish there were wine glasses. Randy was very easy to reach and was great to rent from!

Girlfriend Weekend

Our overall experience was great! Would definitely stay again and also tell family and friends. The only drawback was it didn't exactly sleep 20. The sleeer sofa in the living room was broken. However, we had our own air mattress. So we worked it out. Other than that, it was exactly as advertised. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Perfect get away !

We loved the house the neighborhood and the location. We spent everyday in the pool except the last one when the pool guy came. The beds were so comfortable and the house was so peaceful! Great night sleeps! The kitchen was great and we sat at the dining table talking for hours. Communication was excellent with the owner ! We were close to everything we needed to get to. We will definitely be back thats for sure !

Fun by the beach

I stayed at the place with some friends. There was 10 of us in total. The place was spacious and exactly like the pictures! We loved staying by the pool and the proximity to every where we wanted to go. There were no air mattresses when we got there but Randy was prompt with responding and hand delivered some himself. The only downside to the stay was the check in. The keypad wasn’t working so we only had one key to use between the 10 of us.

Amazing home!

This house had everything you need to have a stress-free experience. From the stocked laundry room to the beach toys, the owners really thought of everything. The pool and the backyard were the highlight of this home. Randy was a great host and we would definitely stay at this property if we come back to Sarasota.
