• The Space •
This space is set up for our guests with a private, heated, salt-water pool.

The homeowner is not liable for any accidents that may occur in or around the pool.

**PLEASE NOTE: There is an attached 1 bd studio unit with its own private entrance to the left side of the house. There may be a potential for noise from the adjoining unit! The driveway is the only shared space. We ask you leave the left side of the driveway for the guests that reserve the attached studio.

PLEASE NOTE: The washer and dryer are free to use, however, we ask you to be respectful of the apartment guests and do not run laundry after 10pm.

• Guest Access •
You will enter this unit through the front door. The attached studio is on the left side of the house and that parking space and gated entrance is reserved for the apartment guests. Please be respectful of this!

There is free driveway parking available with enough space to fit 4 vehicles.

Randy, our Property Manager is available via VRBO/HomeAway messaging. He will help with any questions or concerns that might come up during your stay.

• Neighborhood Overview •
Located on a quiet side street with easy access to the Pinecraft Amish Village. Approximately 6 miles to Siesta Key Beach and 5 miles to Lido Beach. 2 miles from Downtown and Main Street. The home is within short walking distance to Big Olaf Ice Cream Shop, Postal 98 Cafe, Yoders Restaurant and Yoders Fresh Market where you can get fresh produce and packaged baked goods all located in the Amish village.

• Getting Around •
Uber and Lyft, and also SCAT bus stop is nearby with access to beaches.

There is a charcoal grill as well as some pool toys available!

**Please refrain from bringing pool floats that have confetti/glitter inside of them. This can cause issues for the pool if one pops, and the confetti/glitter gets into the pool. Thank you for understanding!

We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap.

If you need anything, please contact us through the Vrbo messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST.

We do our best to keep our pools well maintained however during the summer months with our daily wind and rainstorms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. Thank you for your patience.
