Spend days lounging on the gleaming Gulf Coast beach, a little over a mile away, and evenings enjoying spectacular sunset views from one of the many lively beach bars. If you’d rather stay close to home, your large back balcony boasts a pass-through bar of its own, a gas grill, and a patio table, ideal for alfresco dinners under the stars.

Inside, the main floor boasts enormous floor-to-ceiling windows, abundant natural light, and lots of space to spend time together. Don your chef’s hat and step into the gourmet kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you need to whip up your favorite recipes, then grab a bite together at the adjacent dining table before heading out to explore.

When you return, cool off in the central air-conditioning or cozy up in front of the fireplace while the washer/dryer makes quick work of the day’s clothes. Play a game of foosball downstairs, stream the latest release on any of four TVs, use the free WiFi to check up on social media, or opt for some lo-fi fun with a board game. Outside, you can enjoy games of pickleball and cornhole.

End the night with a marshmallow-roasting session around the firepit, then drift off to sleep in any of four serene bedrooms, including a top-floor primary suite with a private sitting room, en suite bath, and water view. It’s time to live that Florida lifestyle - all that’s left to do is book.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
