- Unique and stunning designer home in quiet upscale neighborhood of Seminole 7 mins from the beach. The perfect getaway that feels secluded while being close to everything!

- Entertainer's paradise. Outdoor dining table perfect for breakfast/lunch with a view. After, have a dip in the heated saltwater pool and relax in the jacuzzi.

- Beautiful Large sized kitchen. Large dining areas fits 12 people both inside and outside the house. This is a beautiful home your family and friends will love.

Other things to note:
-Free Disney+ Access on Both TVs, Brand New Samsung Smart TV + Sound system.
-Closest airport: Tampa airport (TPA 35 mins away), St Petersburg airport (PIE 20 mis away), Allegiant air is amazing and less costly.
-House is 7 mins from beach by car (lots of Uber), we provide umbrellas and additional chairs, cooler! Message us for more info.

House Rules:
1. No amplified outdoor music after 9pm. We advise to use pool till 8pm to avoid slip hazard. We are equipped with Minut Noise Sensors and Ring home system for your safety and compliance purpose.
2. Our garbage collection comes every Monday and Thursday; we appreciate you bringing out the garbage to the front.
3. Privacy protection: There is no video camera inside the house, noise detectors and security system are all outside.
4. Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly property; we charge $50/pet for cleaning fee given the extra steps caused by pet hair. Please pick up pet poop timely.
5. Pool Heater: Pool heater is set to 85 degrees. We don't charge additional heater fee. Pool heater can be adjusted up for additional cost.
6. Myself is always available, 24/7. Please don't hesitate to ask us any questions at all, we strive for your best experience in the trip. Hope you enjoy your stay!

Nice secluded backyard

Was just as listed. Pool was nice and warm and loved the fenced back yard so didn’t have to worry about our dog. Great large seating area outside by grill for hanging out on nice days.

Too short but real sweet!

We had a very short (too short) of a stay in this great house. Lots of room for 5 of us to spread out. We had a couple of minor issues but the host responded and very quick and resolved them right away. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location!

We felt right home from the time we arrived until it was time for us to leave. Our host was great and was easy to communicate with. The home was cozy and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Any and everything you may need is so close and convenient and Clearwater Beach was very easy to get to. I recommend staying at this location!

Great Home for Family Vacation!

The house is in a great location for a family trip. Close to the beach and other attractions as well! The host, Kelsey, was amazing and provided excellent communication! She even had snacks and flowers delivered one evening. We could not have been more delighted with our experience. I highly recommend staying here!

FL Girls Trip!

My girlfriends and I rented this home to celebrate a bachelorette and absolutely loved our stay - the house was clean, communication with the host was excellent and timely, and the host proactively ordered a few items we requested for us. Overall 10/10 stay and highly recommend.

This property was perfect for my extended family. The host made our stay amazing. We were welcomed with flowers and treats and the surprises continued throughout the week. Wonderful, comfortable and clean

My wife and I stayed here with our in-laws for a weekend away - the pool was a perfect retreat from he work week and the house was awesome. They really took the time to decorate the property nicely and make sure that every room was comfortable. I highly recommend a stay here.

Great house!

We had a great time at this house- it has everything you could need. The pool was the perfect temperature and the house is close to Indian Rock’s Beach and Madeira Beach- John’s Pass was lots of fun. Owner very responsive!

Awesome 4 bdrm Home

This home fulfilled my need for a place for my family’s stay in the area while we took care of a family matter. It was a good location being 15 - 20 minutes from our needs including a drive to the beaches to see Milton’s and Helene’s damage. The house itself was great having all the supplies that we needed. When we needed assistance, Janelle was quick to reply and take care of our minimal situations. The house was well maintained with lawn service, pool maintenance, and pest control, since all visited during our stay. Thank you for allowing my family to visit! Ellen

Perfect home

This house is modern and comfortable. The host is amazing and her communication was spot on. The location was perfect. Close enough to the beaches, but perfect for a family. When we got there the pool was 76 it was suppose to be heated we called and they sent someone over

Perfect retreat for extended family get-together

Tastefully decorated, nice open floor plan, great pool, and comfortable beds. We were a party of 12 family members including 6 kids for a relative's celebration of life. The two living areas were great for us to divide and spread out to talk and catch up. Kelsey was extremely responsive and took prompt action to make sure we had a wonderful stay. She is an excellent host with great communication skills. Home had plenty of towels, beach gear, and basic toiletries. Great VRBO experience. Thanks, Kelsey!

spectacular home

This home is spectacular. Our family of 6 (my wife and I, our four kids ages, 12, 10, 8, and 5) had a wonderful stay. Kelsey was extremely helpful and responsive to restaurants and beach recommendations. The home is spacious, and every detail is set up for comfort and relaxation. The kids just wanted to stay in the pool all day. The beds are big and comfortable. The entire home was perfect, I highly, highly recommend.
