We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, including the kitchen faucet, dishwasher, missing hand soap, and especially the condition of the game room. These are not the standards we want for our guests, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We’re also sorry for the confusion regarding the dog-friendly policy and beach access. We understand how important those details were in your decision to choose the property, and we’ll be reviewing the listing information to make sure the amenities and restrictions are clearly and accurately communicated.
