This newly remodeled charmer of a beach home boasts four bedrooms with spectacular sound-view sunsets and everything needed to make you feel at home. Escape the everyday hustle and bustle - North Topsail Beach is a great place to create new footprints in the sand. The memories await!

The main floor has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, making it perfect for large gatherings. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to make home-cooked meals. A walk-in pantry has plenty of space for all of your food to help keep your kitchen prep area clean, and the large island allows for additional seating and a cozy gathering area. The dining space opens up to a furnished covered porch with an additional table for outdoor dining. For your convenience, the main floor has beach towel storage in the lovely half bath and an easily accessible washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom and a TV.

The top floor opens up to a game room with foosball and board games for entertainment. Crash after a long day at the beach in a surf or flamingo-themed bedroom - both with a TV. A tastefully decorated bathroom is available on this floor as well.

The lower floor can be used as a primary suite or a bunk room depending on your needs. This level is beach-themed with a TV and numerous sleeping options. A newly remodeled bathroom is found on this level along with a washer/dryer and a walk-in closet.

For family enjoyment, find DVD players, movies, books, games, high-speed WiFi, and streaming capabilities (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney Plus). There are TVs in all bedrooms except one. Other extras include wireless internet, ceiling fans, beach umbrellas, and various beach toys. Let the sea breezes refresh you on one of the four decks. Bring your camera to capture the spectacular sunrises and sunsets!
