My family had a wonderful time at this house. The most beautiful views of the ocean from the porch and kitchen. The amenities were great, everything you need in one place. So much space for a large family. This part of Topsil is my favorite, quite yet close to the fun. The host was easy to work with as well. We would stay here again. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great rental

House is perfect, seems everyone had their own bathroom and the location is great. Sit in the hot tub and look at the ocean. Highly recommend.

The whole family enjoyed this home. Very clean, close walk to the beach. Kitchen could stand to have more/ updated pots and pans- was a bit difficult to cook for the whole group, but overall we loved the place and would stay again!

Very nice house. Practically on the beach with unobstructed views of beach. Elevator was a game changer. We had our initial booking in Myrtle cancelled last minute by host on another site and quickly had to scramble and find a place for our family of 14. House ended up being better fit for our family than initial booking. Beach is great for small children to swim. House was stocked well, good kitchen. Clean. Great stay.

Lovely location

We had a family reunion using two homes on the street so location and space for lots of people was important for us. Fortunately we never got to the 17 people the place sleeps as that would have been tight (sofa bed not sleepable, kitchen and living area better suited for 8). Well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels provided (though no one could confirm that they were on the property so we brought our own), and responsive to maintenance request for ac.

Property was as advertised. We had a large group and everyone enjoyed their stay. The refrigerator had some issues but the property manager quickly addressed the issue. We would stay there again.

Excellent location w/great view of ocean. Lovely house with great layout. Not very clean upon arrival. Housing management was great to work with.

Great location and Property

Fantastic location and the property was perfect for a party of 6 adults - loads of space and options for accommodation. Property not as clean as it should have been on check-in; stove, BBQ and Hot Tub (charged as a premium) not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Other than very avoidable management issues, an excellent week on Topsail Beach !

Beautiful home as described.

Property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. My only suggestion would be to have more pots and pans for larger groups. It got slightly tricky cooking with what was available although the basics were there. Overall, great time, beautiful home.

Cherry beach week

We had a great time - loved the ocean views and easy access to the beach. Elevator was great on move in and move out days to load our suitcases/kitchen coolers, etc. and get them to or from the carport level. Younger crowd enjoyed the hot tub several evenings. Owner was very responsive to an issue with a sliding glass door that was off track and difficult to open/close and has someone out there quickly to rectify it. Highly recommended.

Perfect for Families

Seriously amazing! We had 5 children 6 and under and a total of 3 families and was the perfect size for us all! This house was immaculately clean, not one bit of sand or anything out of place when we got there. The beds already had the sheets on them which was an amazing bonus! The house is close to the beach access, easy walk with all the kids! We are already looking forward to staying again and said many times that we’d be back next year! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Framily Beach Bash

This house was perfect for our three family group of 13 people, ages 18-57. We wanted to hang out on the beach, have happy hour and dinners together, play games and party. The short walk to the beach was perfect for sunrise walks, coming and going throughout the day and evening walks. We even got to see a sea turtle nest moved one morning. Property manager, Bob, was quick to respond when the grill was blown over and damaged in a rain storm and when the AC shut off one morning. Lovely vacation spot! We would definitely return again.

Spacious & Perfect North Topsail Island Location

This house was just right for our group of 5. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Private decks and larger decks for our group to gather. Well appointed kitchen. Large family room for gatherings or watching TV after a day at the beach. Short walk to the beach access. August 2023 there were 2 vacant lots across the street which provided unobstructed beach views. Property Manager (Bob) was helpful during the approach of Idalia (tropical storm when it hit N. Topsail). And he was prompt to answer questions whenever we asked. Nice property - would stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Good but Key elements disapppointed

Details as provided were incorrect.- A/C was remotely controlled by "owners" despite there being several reminders to renters to keep the temp within specific ranges. House was far too warm on many occasions & we could do NOTHING about that at the thermostat. We kept outside doors closed & blinds down constantly to conserve what we had.It improved after we contacted management (Melissa) but slipped back again.- Elevator door on ground floor was locked & we couldn't find a key anywhere. We were unable to use the elevator to bring anything up to the living levels or back down. We had two seniors in our party.Other issues.- small red ant infestation on the Living area front deck.- grill was filthy & dangerous. We used it once to cook burgers but the whole area below the cooking level caught fire. We had to turn off the gas & stop using the grill.Inspection revealed that fat had accumulated over time & not been cleaned. The grill surface was black with carbon buildup.

Please know that the thermostat is not owner-controlled, and we’ve since had an HVAC technician visit the property to assess and address the issue. Great rental for a large family or group

This home was perfect for our group of 11, large bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. We found it clean, well appointed and the beds comfortable. The location is ideal, on a dead end street with beach access only 2 homes away. The lot across the road is empty so you have a great beach view. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
