Cette spacieuse maison de 5 chambres 3. 5 salles de bain est parfaite pour votre famille nombreuse ou élargie. En plus d'un salon, d'une cuisine et d'une salle à manger à aire ouverte, l'étage supérieur comprend une salle de bains principale avec salle de bain pleine grandeur, dressing et téléviseur / lecteur DVD. Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir comme chez vous dans cette cuisine bien équipée avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Profitez de vos repas sur le pont supérieur ou à la grande table intérieure. Il y a de la place pour toute la famille dans le salon et regarder des films sur la toute nouvelle Smart TV 55 "avec lecteur DVD, ou pour passer une soirée de jeu en famille (beaucoup dans le coffre de rangement en osier). Avec les suites de chambre de style Jack et Jill au premier étage, les parents peuvent profiter de l'intimité, du confort et de la tranquillité d'esprit qui vient d'avoir leur propre chambre connectée à la chambre des enfants par une salle de bain pleine grandeur. Pas besoin non plus de vous soucier d'emballer suffisamment de vêtements, car la grande laveuse et la sécheuse sont placardées au premier étage. Profitez d'une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan, avec des dauphins gambadant, tout en vous relaxant sur l'un des ponts avant supérieur ou inférieur confortablement meublés, ou regardez des oiseaux majestueux survoler le son depuis le pont arrière supérieur.

Aller et revenir de la plage est un jeu d'enfant car la belle plage de Topsail n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied, même pour les petites jambes. Également à distance de marche est une aire de jeux pour enfants. Pour ceux d'entre vous qui aiment le vélo et / ou le kayak, il y a une location à proximité.

Good family vacation home

The home was spacious, well stocked and close enough to the beach and playground that even the youngest could enjoy it. The hostess was excellent in communicating.

Great Property

Perfect property with all of the accommodations! Great kitchen to put our Thanksgiving dinner together, and plenty of seating for everyone! Great Experience! Will definitely do it again!! I highly recommend this property!!

Second time around

This is our second year staying at this property. We have been coming to Surf City in the fall for 4 years. Last year after staying here, everyone wanted to come back to this property (there were 9 of us). The location is great (2 minute walk to the beach). The facility has everything you could think of. The only thing I would stress is there is minimum paper goods, so bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The hosts are responsive and the place is very clean. It is a little further away from the stores and restaurants, but we like that.

Loved the top floor and convenience to beach

The third floor has great living space, kitchen and porch. We all loved being up there together. When you had to go to kitchen to get a meal ready, you felt like you were still with the group. Plenty of seating for a crowd in living room and on porch. A short walk to a very nice beach. September visits are not crowded with folks. Low traffic, space at restaurants and beach. Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The cottage was comfortable and attractive, exactly as pictured. The weather didn’t cooperate but we were able to get on the beach for a few days. We also spent a lot of time on their covered porches which we loved. Very comfortable furniture and great views! The owner is very accessible and responds quickly. We hope to return next summer.

Perfect for the whole family

The house was very well stocked for enjoyment at the beach without us having to bring much along. They had sand toys, a tent, a cooler, beach chairs and even a beach bag to put it all in! The walk was very short and convenient to a non crowded area of the beach. The host was also very easy to get ahold of and communicate with. I would highly recommend to others.

Wedding/vacation trip

I needed an extra day because of my grandsons wedding and the owner accommodated us with no problem. We came down for the wedding and wanted to stay for a week of vacation. The place was 2 blocks from the wedding venue and very close to walk to the beach everyday. We had everything we needed at the house. Thank you!!

Perfect family getaway

Everything about this home was perfect! Location, accomodations, living space, views, so close to the beach and all the extras such as beach chairs and beach towels. We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation with our grown children. I would highly recommend renting this amazing home if you're looking for a beach vacation near everything.

Hop skip and a jump to the beach!

Owner was incredibly responsive. Location is top notch. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Local restaurants had excellent food and service. Kitchen stocked well if you like to cook. Surprising amount of spices. Beds were pretty comfortable. Front porch views were fabulous.

Loved it!!

Me and my family which was 12 in total and 1 dogs loves the house!! The view from the top front porch made that our favorite spot of the whole house. The house had a nice layout and more then enough space!! Our dog loved it and even tried to refuse to leave lol!! And topsail is always beautiful to visit and this house is so close to the beach we walked there multiple times a day whether we went in the water or not. We would definitely stay again at this house!!

Family weekend

Our family (baby, kids, adults, grandparents) gathered here for a quick weekend stay. Although the weather was quite rainy, we enjoyed spending time just hanging at the house playing games. We liked how close the property is to the beach as well as convenient to any shops, stores, or places to eat. The sea turtle rescue is right down the road and our whole group enjoyed that experience. The owner was great- responsive and flexible with our needs. We really had a nice time in Surf City and felt the house was perfect for a family retreat.

Perfect property

This property exceeded expectations. It was very spacious, convenient to everything and very close to the beach. We loved the deck and porches with their wonderful views. The host was very responsive through every phase of the process. We would definitely rent it again.

Wonderful September stay

This was our second stay at Ellen & Rays beachside home in Surf City. Like last year we found the home very clean and comfortable upon arrival. Check in was very easy with the new electronic key lock entry system. Improvements made since our last visit include new furniture and decking on the upper and lower decks. All exterior doors were painted as was the outside house trip. These all add to the "curb appeal" of the house and made time spent on the decks very relaxing. Ellen called to let us know Tropical Storms warnings were in effect a few days after we arrived and we took necessary precautions with all the outside furniture. No damage to report but the winds did reach 80mph so we were glad she called. The beach furniture was very helpful and the outdoor shower is a plus when returning. The kitchen is well stocked. The TVs were a big hit for the football games. Despite a few rain days, we had several sunny days at the beach with huge waves. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach which was never crowded. We thoroughly enjoyed our return visit and look forward to another visit next year. Thank you Ellen & Ray

Peaceful weekend!

The house was nice. With 4 different cars, kayaks and fishing gear there was plenty of room for all in the parking area. The ourdoor shower made cleaning off sand very easy. The inside of the house was clean, spacious and would be suitable for a longer stay than just the weekend we were there. It is certainly a place we would go again.

Perfect Coastal Getaway!

We had a fantastic experience at Ellen's beach rental! Communication was excellent, and the home was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and there were plenty of outdoor spaces to relax. Highly recommend!

Great house for family beach vacation

Our family enjoyed a long holiday weekend at this house. We had plenty of space for 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby. Short walk to the beach and very kid friendly. We would stay here again!

My husband, Ray and I purchased this property as an investment for our future retirement plans. We live just north of Boston, and are only able to come down a few times a year; twice in the off season, and with our whole family in August. This time to get together is especially meaningful to us now that our sons have moved to Texas. We know how important family time is to you too, and hope that you have a wonderful stay, and make lots of great memories.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We came down in 2016 on Thanksgiving weekend, looking for a home to buy and our poor realtor, Glynda, ended up showing us 10 houses in 2 days! This was the last house that we saw that weekend, and we fell in love. You just can't beat the set up for convenience, and the location is perfect. It's far enough from the center that you don't have the traffic and the noise, but still close enough to walk there (less than 2 miles) which is especially nice when walking the beach. The views from the deck, and sound of the waves while relaxing on either of the front decks are heavenly.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

There are so many things that make our home unique, and keep our guests coming back year after year. We are always looking to improve our guests experience. I'm really excited that we are now offering complimentary turn down service included with our linen service. This means that when you arrive at our house, the beds will already be made for you with super comfortable sheets, and towels will be placed in the bathrooms. We also recently added a picnic table by the grill area, and a hammock that can easily be attached to the posts. Our extra large outdoor shower has a built in bench, as well as hooks for hanging your towels, and the shower has a removable wand making it easy to get all of that beach sand off. We keep a clothesline up for your towels as well. Many people, like me, treasure the sunrises and sunsets that are so spectacular at the beach. You can see both from our house! View the sunrise from the front decks, and the sunset from the back decks! You won't need to worry about splinters either, because all of our decks and outdoor stairs are made from composite decking materials and as an added safety feature, we have a latching gate on the first floor deck!
