PARKING: Your designated parking spot is 1901F, located two spaces away from the pool in the row closest to the building. In addition, our unit has been assigned two guest spots on the back wall of the parking lot. We must refrain from parking in any other owner's spot. If our designated spot is occupied upon your arrival, please temporarily park in a guest spot. Please let me know, and I will quickly address the occupied spot.
Building: Like many in Birmingham, the building is situated on an older property. However, the unit has been almost entirely renovated, offering all the charm and upgrades.
