Clean but not conducive for families with young kids

Checkin process was easy and owners were prompt with responses. House was nicely designed and clean. Biggest struggle for us during this stay was that the beds were extremely firm so very uncomfortable for us. We ended up leaving a day early to go home and get good rest. There are also no curtains or darkening shades in the bedrooms which made day time naps extremely difficult for our 4 and 2 year old. This property is marketed for families with all of the twin beds so that would be a nice addition to consider.

Townhome Birmingham

Susan was a wonderful host!!! Great location, safe area, lots of restaurants close by. This was a perfect stay for our family of four. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room and we felt right at home. I love that these condos are side by side and not on top of each other. It also felt safe to park our vehicle inside a security gate. Absolutely loved it and we will stay here again & try another unit of Susan’s property but we loved this one as well.

Wedding Week

This home is lovely and was the perfect place to spend the days leading up to and following our daughter’s wedding. It is spacious, completely renovated, clean, and well stocked for all of your needs and wants. The hosts were very responsive, kind, and gracious. We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Property

This is a well appointed property with beautiful amenities. The property manager left detailed instructions and responded immediately to our questions. I rented the property for a girl’s weekend with 4 friends. We had enough beds and bathrooms for all of us. The beds were comfy and the towels were luxurious. The living room was just the right size for us to gather together each night and watch TV before bed. The property manager left a bottle of Prosecco which was perfect for our friend’s birthday we celebrated. We didn’t get ro usw all the amenities. Will bookmark this property to stay again.

Weekend college visit

We stayed here on a weekend visit to Samford. It was a great option for our family of 4. Very clean, spacious, easy to find. I would gladly stay here again.

Great location and amenities

Close to everything you might want or need that Birmingham has to offer. Townhouse is on a very nice street, secure, and very accommodating. Owner was beyond helpful and kind. We would recommend it highly.

Better than the photos

We had an excellent time during our stay! Checking in was a breeze. There was gated parking in the back, which was a great perk. The house was completely stocked with cooking utensils, pans, and pantry staples in the kitchen. The sheets and towels smelled fresh and clean, as did the entire home upon our first entry. We would absolutely stay here again if we are back in the area!

Wonderful property, as usual...

This property is wonderful... Located in a neighborhood convenient to everything, always clean, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable furniture. We've lost track of how many times we've stayed in this property over the past four or so years, and we love coming back to visit our kids. One note: the HVAC stopped working on Friday night, and Susan and her team were very responsive and had it all working again quickly! Recommend highly!

Nice large modern home

Would recommend this property and stay again if we're in Birmingham. Secured parking was a big plus. There are lots of outside noises and light so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Spacious home with a fantastic kitchen. The bed situation was perfect for our family with three teenagers. Nice to have laundry facilities. Everything inside the home was clean and fairly new.

Superb experience VRBO Townhome Birmingham

Beautifully decorated, comfortable in every sense, excellent kitchen equipment. The bed was very comfortable, bathrooms nice with all amenities. Manager was responsive within minutes. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again.

We family stayed here for my nieces graduation from Univ of Alabama. The off street gated parking is great. Close to expressway. The home has everything we needed.

This is a great property and the most spacious one we’ve rented in Birmingham. Great for hosting small gatherings. Susan is fabulous to work with & very responsive to any questions. Will definitely stay here again!

Samford visit

We came to visit Samford and this house was perfect for our family of 4. It is very well done and updated. This was our first time to the Birmingham area and thought the location was perfect for where we wanted to go. Great house!

Another wonderful weekend in Birmingham

Fabulous property: We enjoy this property. It's spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Fabulous location: We like being in the Five Points neighborhood. It's close to everything we need, and it's easy for our friends to find us. Fabulous management: Susan and her team are very proactive to communicate, and they are very responsive to any issues or questions. We'll be back soon!

Only 1 thing would keep me from booking again…

Well designed and decorated, helpful and responsive hostess, “easy to use” comforts. However, for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, the loud base thumping music, from a night club a block away, definitely disturbed our sleep from 10:30pm to 1:30am. It shook the windows and you could feel the vibrations especially in the front bedroom. It seems as if there should be a noise ordinance or a means to prevent such disturbances. I’m not sure if that’s a typical weekend occurrence as we were there Thursday through Sunday. (Thursday and Saturday were the LOUD nights). Other than that, we would have loved it.
