Weekend trip

Property was spotless and located right in the heart of Historic Birmingham. We were within walking distance of severaI great restaurants and a 10 minute drive from the new Coca Cola amphitheater where we attended an event.I received multiple messages the week prior to our stay with detailed instructions on how to access the building and our unit. We had an amazing time and are already planning to come back and stay again.

Great Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was a lovely place that was impeccably clean, and the amenities were very much appreciated. The condo was close to everything that we planned to do while in Birmingham. We especially enjoyed the gelato shop and the cute restaurant, The Essential, that was right downstairs. This condo was definitely a great find!

Excellent stay

Property was great! Description online was as described. Great pizza place on site of the mercantile. I was in town for NCAA tournament and close distance to Legacy Arena. Very clean and comfortable stay. If in town again, will definitely stay again.

Trip to SEC Gymnastics Championship

The unit was clean and as described. It looked newly renovated. We had no problems on the trip. Enjoyed walking to restaurants. Convenient to legacy arena, where the event was held.

Wonderful Experience

My husband and I were delighted with our stay at this beautiful condo in the heart of downtown Birmingham. We live in a suburban setting, so the feel of this urban "loft" was an enjoyable change of scenery. The building's exterior is rustic, which is juxtaposed with the crisp, modern interior of the condo. Every inch of the condo had a detail that made our stay more comfortable, such as high-quality linens and like-new amenities. Host communication was great, we would definitely stay here again!

Property was perfect in every way! Owner had great communication. Location was great. Never had to move our car move we arrived and only paid $8! Very clean, had everything we needed. Comfortable bed.

Such a cozy and perfect little condo for our family of 4! Very clean, safe and secure building. There was not a detail missed by the hosts, they had everything we needed! We had a wonderful stay and will be returning anytime we stay in Birmingham!

Birmingham Condo

The property was exactly as listed. My boyfriend and I were in town for the Alabama vs LSU football game and it had everything we needed for a long weekend. The owners were quick to answer questions and check-in was a breeze. The property was situated perfectly in Birmingham and traffic was minimal. If we return to Birmingham we will definitely stay here again.

SUPER CUTE

Clean, nice appliances/furnishings, kitchen stocked with bowls//utensils/pots-pans/tableware. It is a modernized unit! The washer/dryer are combined into one & remote controlled fan in the bedroom. Comfy bed. The location of this condo is ABSOLUTELY convenient and it's in a neat little area. The owners are great communicators. The building is pretty secure as well. We are so glad picked this listing!

Wonderful Stay!

This property was by far the best VRBO I have stayed in in Birmingham. I am originally from Birmingham and know how parking in that area can be but had no issues the entire week I was there. I was able to park on Morris Ave each night for free without having to utilize the paid lot. The hosts sent all of the check in information a couple of days in advance and I had no issues gaining access to the unit. Everything was very clean and comfortable and I will definitely be staying here again. The ONLY drawback is that the lighting in the bathroom isn't great but there are nice big windows in the living room and you can sit at the bar in the kitchen to get ready if needed. I was able to get ready for work in the bathroom each morning, no problem.

Beautiful, quiet condo

Our stay in Bham was excellent. The condo is close to so many great food options and surprisingly quiet, despite the proximity of restaurants and lounges. We had down time on the shared balcony and plenty to explore on foot, downtown. It was well equipped with everything you could need and super tidy. We highly recommend!
