In this newly remodeled and dog-friendly duplex on what may be the last undeveloped Portland Lot of this size - you will feel miles away from it all. Inside, you'll be met by a bright interior with a welcoming feel. The living area invites you in to relax on the plush furniture, carry on a great conversation with your loved ones or take in a movie on the large TV. Curl up with a good book near the fireplace, or get some work done in the provided dedicated workspace. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with plenty of cupboard room. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with ample space for personal effects. Spend time making memories in the game room, indulging in some friendly competition with a game of Ping-Pong, basketball hoops, or dartboard. End your day relaxing in the private hot tub, feeling your cares melt away among the gorgeous greenery.
THINGS TO KNOW
Sasquatch's Lair is situated on over two acres, however, do not wander off exploring as it is very easy to stroll onto the neighbor's property which they do not take kindly to. Besides, the Sasquatch will hear you way before you see it and disappear. But, If you're quiet, it may come to you while hot tubbing!
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
