Welcome to The Sparrow's Nest, where comfort meets elegance. Spoil yourself for a weekend getaway in The Woods Resort. Need to relax? Enjoy a round of golf, tennis, nearby charming Berkeley Springs, nature trails or a massage at the Spa at Sleepy Creek (all located in the resort). Our cabin is well appointed with most things you will need to enjoy a stress free getaway. Newly renovated and decorated to make you feel right at home. Enjoy cabin life and unwind and relax.

Want to do a day trip? Travel 25 minutes to Berkeley Springs and check out the unique shops and antique stores, Cacapon State Park, and various breweries. Day trip to downtown historic Winchester. Hit Harpers Ferry Brewing and historic Harpers Ferry for hiking and shopping. Or just unwind and relax on the cozy twin bed porch swing. In cooler weather enjoy the hot tub which overlooks the woods.

Peaceful escape

Nice cabin in a secluded setting. The place was beautifully decorated, we loved the view out the back. It was a short trip so we didn't spend much time in the house but it was well appointed. One note, a few extra towels would have been helpful and a mat or some decals for the tub floor. It was very slippery and there is nothing to grab on to.

Charming Property for a Relaxing Getaway as

This place is impossibly cute, decorated perfectly with all amenities in place. The hosts are very communicative and responsive and the location is perfect. I had a lovely “girls weekend” with my best friend and it was just what we needed. The hot tub was clean and the grill was a nice bonus. We will definitely stay again!

Girls weekend retreat

We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. Adorable cabin, comfortable furniture and beds. Loved the outdoor accommodations; porch swing, patio fireplace and hot tub. Highly recommend. Thank you for sharing your home. - Julie

Cozy little cabin

As the title says this was a cozy little cabin in the woods. Perfect for our New Years Eve getaway from the noise of the city. The big bed in the loft area was super comfortable. The fireplace kept us nice and warm. The hot tub was a wonderful feature as well. The Christmas decorations made things even more festive. The host was professional and responsive. A perfect trip. Thank you.

My name is Jen. I am a realtor in three states and I live right here in the community. We host and own a few other STR's and we love what we do. My husband Mike works for a corporate giant so when we get downtime, we love to travel, invest in real estate and relax at wineries, breweries and entertain friends. We are always a phone call or message away and are happy to help!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Boho vintage style cabin with great amenities. Enjoy the large screened in porch with a custom made twin size swing, chess and checkers table and cafe lighting. The Nest is located on a quiet lane in a beautiful golf resort neighborhood. Walk the trails or the neighborhood and feel immersed in nature. The kitchen has most amenities for cooking or baking including a crockpot, mix master, and a blender. The Master bedroom is in the upstairs loft area and provides a treehouse-like setting. Two additional cozy bedrooms offer a double (antique spring bed which is amazing) and a queen size bed. Sit beneath the stars on the deck with a fire pit. Walk over to the immaculate hot tub and enjoy a cool night or morning coffee in the rejuvenating warm water. Soak up the sun and gorgeous surroundings. Put commitments aside and enjoy the feel of the cabin and surrounding areas. Berkeley Springs only 17 miles away and is a wonderful destination for antiquing, dining and checking out the local breweries and winery. Do a day trip to historic Winchester, Virginia, Frederick, Maryland or Harpers, Ferry WV. All within an under an hours drive.

Children are certainly welcome however know in advance of booking that house has not been child proofed.

Parking is plentiful at the house.

Air-conditioned accommodations.

Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Smart televisions are featured in master bedroom and living room.
