Something for everyone at this Coolfont mountain retreat. Relax on the spacious deck taking in the scenery or get out and enjoy all of the amenities that Coolfont and Berkeley Springs have to offer. The fireplace with wood provided and 4 person hot tub make for the perfect cabin experience. Large wooded lot provides peaceful seclusion but activities abound just a short walk away. Seasonal pool (summer months), ball courts, restaurant, and brewery are all a stroll through the woods away.

Very nice clean cabin

Very nice private and clean cabin. The host was very good to work with and gave us an early check in. We would certainly stay again!

Great Place!

This place was fun and amazing! But bring your hiking boots so you can walk around the woods. We saw deer outside our window! And the town was great! Lots of sights and history. You could see 4 different states from the top of the mountain! And Berkeley Castle is such a sight!

Rustic Hip, with massive party deck!

Loved it! Super-cool furnishings. Massive party deck, right in the woods. Nice hot tub. Internet, nice TV, well appointed kitchen. Had a great multi day getaway here. Highly recommended!

Cozy Forest Retreat

This was one of the cleanest, nicest VRBO rentals we have stayed at. Beautifully furnished and very clean. We loved exploring the surrounding forest and the community trails.

A nice place

Close to trails and different activities. There are other houses nearby, but it's at the end of a road so still feels private and lots of space to explore outside. Enjoyed our stay and would go there again

Nice and quiet location in a quiet mountainside community. There are a couple of houses so ewhat close but still gives a nice and secluded feel. Really enjoyed spending tine in the deck abd sitting by the fireplace.

Great getaway with family

Our family really enjoyed our time at the cabin. It’s close to town so it’s easy to shop and get a massage but it’s also secluded and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Unfortunately there was a heat wave this week so we didn’t get to enjoy the deck as much as we would have liked.

Berkeley Springs Getaway

This was a wonderful cabin to stay in - the pictures did not do it justice! We thoroughly enjoyed calling it home for a weekend. The interiors have been thoughtfully updated, and nearly every kitchen item we needed was provided. We look forward to coming back during a warmer season!

Short last minute getaway

We booked our trip last minute and the cabin and location fit the bill! I was able to work remotely the one day that i needed to and my family was able to use the pool and hot tub during that time. The brewery was within walking distance which was nice as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Cabin truly in the woods

Michael’s cabin was beautiful, spacious and very clean. So much room, and equipped with everything you would need. Truly in a quiet location at the end of a street yet surrounded by woods and forest. Beautiful to see all the changing leaves of the fall. Check in as so easy and Michael was quick to question.

Amazing golf trip and VRBO stay

Quaint stay in beautiful modern nature retreat

Perfect weekend getaway. Very peaceful, home is tastefully designed amongst trees in woods. It had everything we needed and more. We felt right at home and our pup was super happy as well. The hatching frogs provided a perfect white noise environment. Perfect for relaxing. Property manager was excellent with communicating all information.

Perfect relaxed getaway!

This home is beautifully maintained with tasteful decor, and simply magic decks for enjoying views of the forest. The floor to ceiling windows and doors in the great room give beautiful nature views. A short drive to downtown Berkeley Springs, but very private and quiet. Mike is a wonderful to work with and great communication on everything you need to feel at home. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrific house and location. Well appointed. If you cook, you might want to bring a bigger pasta/soup pot and specialty items (we needed a cheese grater, for example). And there were no paper towels, but otherwise we had everything we needed. If you are unfamiliar with B-springs, this is a terrific vantage point for exploring.

Comfortable stay and nicely decorated

We stayed two nights over the apple butter festival. The place was nicely decorated and very cozy for the party of six. The bunk bed was a kid size so we used our own air mattress. It was getting chilly outside but each room had thermostat so it was perfect. The owner was considerate and offered an early checkin. Wish the check out was an hour later. Overall we were very impressed with the ease of communication and the modern decor!

Last minute getaway

Lovely, peaceful cabin in the woods. Host quick to respond when I had questions before reserving. Huge deck on which we enjoyed our morning coffee and quiet evenings. Berkeley Springs Brewing Company is a short walk from cabin and a must-stop.

Great Location for a quiet retreat.

The inside of the house was open and set up nicely for our nightly games around the table. Found the house clean and inviting. Loved the bedrooms and bathrooms being downstairs. The beds were very comfortable. Quick responses to my emails. Would definitely stay there again when visiting WV. 👍

Better than described

We had a bit of a hiccup finding the place, the navigation programs will take you to a truly scary place! Anyways the Coolfont Front Desk was kind enough to give us a map so we could get there. Pulling up to the property it looks just like the pictures. Nice lot, semi secluded in the woods. Going through the front door we were surprised how nice the property is inside. The pictures don't do it justice. Interesting layout, kind of like a yacht with the kitchen, family and dining room upstairs along with access to the expansive deck. Go down the steps and there are three very nice bedrooms, two full baths and a washer and dryer. Everything was clean and tidy, plenty of towels, blankets and other things you would need. The kitchen was nicely equipped and laid out with nothing wanting at all. The gas grill was fully charged, clean and large. We cooked steaks on it. The host couldn't have been more responsive to the few questions we have. We are definitely going back again, a true gem.
