Perfect cozy cabin. We were in town to see our kids and grandkids and this was perfect!! The reservation staff was EXCELLENT in answering all questions and requests!!

I was fine

A little disappointed in not being able to shower in a warm shower after skiing all day. Other than that all was fine.

Great Little Cabin

We normally stay in a hotel once a year in this area to visit a friend but decided this year to rent a place. It turned out great. We enjoyed having a Peaceful Pl., Tuesday and to visit our friend with. The cabin was very clean. The bed was comfy and there was everything there that we needed to have a good stay.

Great cabin in The Woods

Cozy cabin in the woods. Perfect long weekend get away. Great amenities - we fished, played indoor tennis and outdoor volleyball. Great dinner at the golf club. Enjoyed the hot tub!

Cozy and peaceful

This property was cozy and peaceful. We really enjoyed the property and the hot tub. The woods were serene and we enjoyed seeing the birds. Would definitely recommend this place.

A Nice Place to Stay for Weekend Getaway

This location was a nice place to stay. Definitely quiet and off the beaten track. We generally stay closer in to Berkeley Springs, but decided this time to go further out of town. The place was very clean and the hot tub was very well maintained. The appliances, as expected, were dated but worked fine. The only potential downside was that there were two other properties right behind this one. In the spring or summer with the trees in full foliage it would be very private. In the late fall a little less so. Overall would stay again if looking for peace and quiet with family.

Weekend getaway

We had a lovely time visiting this cabin. The location was nice and a little secluded. The nearby cabins were occupied, but we were far enough away. The house was well equipped and well furnished. The nearby town of Berkley Springs is a must visit!

Lovely Getaway

We really enjoyed this little house among the trees. The community is very quiet, in a hilly area that is great for getting in a challenging walk. We visited Good Luck Stables and pet refuge nearby, Pap's Ice Cream, the Berkeley Springs farmers market, and Prospect Peak. For us it was the perfect getaway: close enough to Northern Virginia, but a world away.

Family Reunion in The Woods Aug 5th

My husband and I hosted our nephew and his wife for an extended family reunion. The house accomodated us well. The only suggestion I would have is to provide a map of The Woods. Thanks for letting us stay in your cabin.

Great Cottage in the Woods!

We had a great time in the cottage! It was a great base for going hiking and antiquing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make lots of tea. The fire was cozy and great to sit next to after using the hot tub. We were able to star gaze from the back porch. The bed sheets were some of the softest I have ever felt. A great place to hang out!

Caregiver Break

This cabin was just what we needed. Rustic, private, remote enough. We enjoyed the hot tub, the opportunity to see baseball games on the good TV package and the club swimming pool. The binder for area attractions was quite helpful. We visited Antietam as well as made it into DC for a Nat’s game.

Clean and quiet

Long weekend with friends. Clean, comfortable and kitchen well equipped. It does have an on-site washer/dryer in the closet. Hot tub was perfect! Passes to The Woods resort available but didn’t use. Communication with mgmt company was responsive and smooth.

Cabin in the woods

This little cabin was the perfect getaway for my sister and I plus a friend who have done a fall trip for the last 29 years! Loved the fireplace with plenty of firewood and the hot tub was a bonus. Nice neighborhood. Cabin had everything we needed. (Couldn't find a hair blow dryer but bad hair-didn't care). Thanks for sharing this home.

Relaxing weekend

We enjoyed our time at "The Woods". The house was as described. We especially enjoyed the hot tub each evening. We do wish there was more wood for the fireplace. Everything we found was lying in wet leaves and we had to buy some. Other than that, we had no issues and would recommend.

Quiet, great location for hiking

Nice little pet-friendly cabin in quiet woods. Hot tub was VERY chlorinated, which I’m sure is a response to COVID, but the fumes made me cough. Back right stove burner might not work; it did not warm. Loved the screened porch and great internet for our working vacation.

Rest and Relaxation

What a lovely place to rest and recharge! It was so easy to access the property - we brought our things in and hit the hot tub (which was clean and ready to go!) almost immediately. The property was clean, comfortable (especially the easy chair and the beds!), and the extra table & chairs with the wraparound screen was a lovely place to have our meals. We saw deer and squirrels, and very little of the nearby neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!
