As you walk into this cottage, you will find an open concept with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. It will make your cooking dinner and having a conversation fun and easy. Out the doors behind the dining room is the fenced-in yard that is perfect for the kids. Enjoy barbecuing in the backyard with a view of Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain. Out front on the beautiful covered porch, you can look to the west and see a peek view of the ocean and hear the waves roll in.

Upstairs, you will find that this home offers a spacious main bedroom with a comfortable bed and a Jacuzzi tub in the main bath to relax your sore muscles after your beach walks, hikes, or just a busy day of sightseeing. The kids will have plenty to do in the upstairs loft area with smart TV, games, puzzles, and two sofas.

This home will have a seasonal gas grill that is generally available from May through September, depending on inclement weather.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
