Lovely town, lovely neighborhood, lovely house. Feels like a home away from home. Great view of the ocean, nice private yard, reasonable walk to the beach (we drive down with our 12 year old pup).

We have been coming out to the Coast for decades, and of all the different places we've stayed, this property was without question one of the best. The building and grounds are lovely and well-tended—the work that has been done to maintain and update them is much more tasteful and considered than is the norm. The spaces were clean, nicely furnished, and well-appointed. Everything we could reasonably need or want was accounted for. Communication with the host was also excellent. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Ideal family spot

This place is just about perfect. We loved the view of the ocean, the well stocked kitchen and the short walk to the beach. The hot tub was amazing after diving in the cold ocean. There is an impressive array of beach gear to use. We would certainly stay again and hope to be back soon!

This is a wonderful property with great views of the ocean. House was very well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was very clean, beds were comfy and the deck space was great to relax and hang out on. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great home and location

Loved this place. Very well appointed and clean. Location is great for access to the beach and town, but far enough away to be quiet. Decks are also perfectly set up for some sunshine.

Another Great Stay

We love this house. Equally enjoyable on a sunny day (decks, views) or a foggy one (hot tub, fire). Super quiet street, nice walk to the beach, quick drive to town if you need something from the market but feels far from the busyness.

Great trip!

The house was very nice and clean, great view and tons of natural light. It is in a wonderful secluded neighborhood. Communication with the owner is was very easy and open with quick response.

Beautiful home with ocean views

We loved our stay at Neahkahnie Beach House! The home is lovely, comfortable and very well-equipped with everything one could need. The hot tub was great and enjoyed by all. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

So Relaxing

Nicely designed home with tons of natural light, majestic views of the ocean, tasteful landscaping, and everything we needed for a week away (real kitchen with real implements, nice sheets and towels, etc.). We hope to be back soon.

Just Amazing

This was our second stay and was just as perfect as the first. Great house, great views, great location, great, great, great, great, great. This time we had more time to settle in and found that there were so many different comfortable places to be: the yard, the back deck, the upper deck, the couch, the downstairs couch/tv area, the kitchen counter, etc. Just cozy and clean and nice and ridiculous views and so quiet. I'll stop there.

Serene Escape

We loved Scott’s house in Manzanita. It was better than we even expected! The views were amazing. Great location. Fully stocked kitchen and house. Super fun games, binoculars, activities. The hot tub was super clean and so relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Two separate “suites”. I stayed upstairs with mom and my toddler, and my sister and niece stayed downstairs. Beach was a short walk..super peaceful. Our dogs loved it, too, We definitely want to come back. So relaxed when we left. Thanks so much, Scott!

Every review of this property is a 10/10. That usually tells me no one put much effort into their review.This property is actually 10/10. We've stayed in multiple properties up and down the Oregon Coast over 20 years. This property is the best we've encountered.The house is well-designed for its unobstructed view of the ocean and its sounds. Bedroom downstairs is attached to bathroom and TV room; like a small apartment unto itself. Upstairs is smartly designed with open room concept for kitchen and living room, and larger kitchen tools (microwave, refrigerator) in a pantry-like room just off kitchen. Second bedroom upstairs is similar, with attached bathroom and door for isolation.I have never stayed in a house that "has everything" before this one. This house has everything you will need for a multi-day stay. Firewood...this house has separate plastic containers outdoors for starter and ongoing burning. The hot tub was pre-set to use temperature. Dry suits, boards, recreational The neighborhood is quiet and attractive. The quarter-mile walk down to one of Oregon's longest beaches is safe and easy. For families, this is a property where the kids can be allowed to wander and the adults can enjoy a turnkey vacation.

Super Accommodating! Wonderful Trip!

Scott was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay very much, our dogs had a blast and loved sunbathing on the deck. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

Even better than anticipated!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ocean View! I appreciated so much about this house from the moment we arrived. The check in process was seamless, the house spotless and the views pristine. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen had all the pots/pans and utensils we needed. The beds were comfy too! Thank you for such a perfect getaway!
