LOCATION & POOL: The apartment is at 1036 Ocean Drive, part of the Congress Hotel (also known as a The Strand). ROOFTOP POOL are in the main building at 1052 Ocean Drive, just meters away from the apartment.

PARKING: We recommend using popular parking apps like ParkWhiz or SpotHero for comparing parking options conveniently. Another helpful resource is parking dot com, which allows you to explore nearby parking facilities and compare rates. Additionally, valet parking service may be available at the front desk during your registration for approximately $50 per day.

LUGGAGE: Guests are invited to use the luggage storage service at the front desk, which is available for a fee of approximately $10.

POOL & BEACH TOWELS: Guests can get towels at the reception for a small deposit fee.

A little deceiving in advertisement. The “balcony” did have an ocean view if you could stand in the 10” wide balcony and look out over the railing. The bathroom mirror had blood on it, which was missed during cleaning before our arrival. The hot water in the bathroom sink only works if you turn it on under the sink, turns out the water runs continuously if you don’t shut it off at the supply line. The shower looked like and operated like it was completely an after thought. The valve to turn the water on was behind the shower itself, outside of the shower. The shower was a tub with a curtain to enclose the shower, that once the water was going and nice and hot, LOVED to stick to you. Nothing like a dirty plastic shower curtain wrapping your freshly cleaned body. The rooftop pool was on a separate building, we never went to. On the positive the location was perfect for what we were looking for. Several clubs, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance and one right next door. The room does stay pretty loud from the entertainment, but that was why we were there so it never bothered us. Overall the property would be greatly improved with minimal investment from the owners with customer comforts in mind. Not sure that is a priority and not sure I would use this location again for that reason.
