The Building Management company strictly enforces the NO SMOKING POLICY in this building and fines guests $250 per infraction with no warnings. Guests are responsible for all smoking fines. If you plan to smoke please rent another condo. Smoking is not permitted in the condo, on the balcony or in the pool area. If you do not smoke, you will enjoy this smoke free environment.
This condo offers a King size bed in the back bedroom plus a Queen size bed in the ocean front bedroom and a sleep sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests.
You are allowed 2 parking spaces for a 2 Bedroom condo on this property.
Condo features a Queen size bed in the Master Bedroom with attached private bathroom plus a king size bed in the 2nd Bedroom with another bathroom which can be locked off from the condo or left open for all guests to use. We also offer a queen size sleeper in the Livingroom a full size kitchen with dining area for 4, sleeps up to 6.
This property may use cameras for security purposes in the common and public areas such as the garage, walkways, elevators and the front door. There are no cameras permitted within the private space of the property.
House Rules
• The primary registered guest must be 25 or older. Their guests of all ages are welcome!
• No smoking in the condo or on the balcony – designated areas only.
• No pets – Service Animals Must be Registered and Leashed at all times.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings.
• Only registered guests are permitted in the condo or using the amenities, pools, etc. All others will be considered trespassing.
• Throwing items off the balcony is a Federal crime and violators may be Prosecuted, Fined and/or Evicted.
• Local Fire Codes permit up to a maximum of 6 Guests in our 1-bedroom condos and up to 8 guests in our 2-bedroom condos. Breaking the fire code is grounds for immediate eviction without notice and with no refunds.
Check-In Information
The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In and provide a valid matching ID showing they are 25 or older. The Guest Portal will provide you with access codes and you'll find the pool passes and parking pass if required inside the condo. Extra parking passes are not available. Pool bands need to be returned / left in the condo on departure or guest will be fined $5 per missing band.
We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay.
We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include:
• Hand soap in the bathroom
• Dish soap and a kitchen towel
• Dishwashing detergent (if applicable)
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom)
• 1 trial size of shampoo
• 1 trial size soap or body wash
• 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod
• Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen
You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, extra amenities, etc.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting around $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day. We'll drop them off in the condo before you arrive and pick them up after your departure.

Snowbird Specials – Some properties do offer specials for off-season rentals for 30 days or longer from October through Feb. Please inquire if you’re looking for a seasonal special rate.
In order to keep our rates competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 4 adults/children in our 1 Bedroom properties OR 6 adults/children in our 2 Bedroom properties will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person which will be billed separately after booking. This is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc. required for larger groups.
Our cleaners are thorough and use enhanced cleaning protocols, including bleaching of white linens and towels in hot water while using disinfectant on all high touch areas such as faucets, handles, light switches, etc.
