This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is perfect for your stay at the beach.

Large kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertop, spacious living room and two balconies for you and your family to relax. Enjoy your tea or coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, while you take in the beautiful ocean view, as the dolphins and birds go by. Located on the 14th floor, this lovely condo is perfect for a very enjoyable family vacation. This resort has many amenities including pools, hot tubs, saunas and fitness room. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building. This beautiful condo can comfortably accommodate six people for a very enjoyable vacation. Close to shopping, golf, restaurants and many attractions.

Great stay at Myrtle Beach. There was one small issue with the unit and the property managers made that right immediately. Great responsiveness. The building and the unit are older, but they have done a great job keeping the unit updated. The only negative I had was the spare bed room bed was not very comfortable.

The unit was located in a great location to view the beach and sunrise. It was easy access to the beach! The unit was clean and as pictured. Communication with the property owner was very easy and they were very responsive

Great Ocean Front Condo

Shelley and Jeff were great hosts and extremely responsive during our stay. The ocean front condo we stayed in was perfect and had everything we needed. It was literally steps from the beach. Each bedroom had a balcony overlooking the ocean. It was so nice enjoying our coffee in the morning on the balcony watching the sunrise and a new day begin. Parking was effortless as we were able to park in the covered parking garage. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Spring Break April 6-12 2025

Nice ocean views from two balconies. Very short walk to the beach. Mostly quiet and no troubles. Cleanliness was about 7/10. Acceptable but well short of excellent.Nice solid surface countertop and nice newer flooring -- but the unit could use more updating, some paint, some caulk (sink and trim pulling away from walls a bit).Reception area for the building is undergoing some updates (fountain upgrades and painting walls and trim), so that was nice to see.Unit is in a building with both tourists (like us) -- and locals who own/rent long term or permanently. Those locals seem to greatly appreciate modern-day relaxed regulations on marijuana, as there is a very frequent presence of mj aroma wafting through the halls. But that said, nobody bothered us, and we felt safe - and we did not smell it inside our unit. Folks were very respectful around us and our two teenagers. Building seems to have good security, with staff enforcing bracelets at the hot tubs and pools.Parking was easy and straightforward and there were always decent spots available in the parking structure.

South Myrtle Beach

The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. The beach was quiet & clean if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. Not much happening in this area compared to North Myrtle Beach. Recommend doing homework about the area before going.

Lovely Condo Stay

The room was very clean, had everything we needed during our stay. Great view from the room, pools and hot tubs were very nice. I would recommend staying here check in and check out was very simply.

Great location but needs some TLC

Overall we had another great stay in Myrtle Beach, and we did love this location. We've often stayed further to the north or south, and this location meant that reaching most major attractions and shopping could be done in roughly ten minutes compared to what was often more like half an hour. The beach area was good, with piers roughly two kilometers away in both directions. We also liked the pool hot tub sauna steam room combination available on the resort, and parking was plentiful and easy to access. The living space and kitchen was good in the unit, and the second bedroom and bathroom were roughly in line with what we expect in condos like this. The master bedroom and adjoining bathroom were underwhelming, however, feeling a bit small and cramped. The bathroom in particular has a claustrophobic feel to it, with low ceilings and a small sink. The shower head needs replacing, and the maintenance work that has been done over the years is somewhat amateurish. What was most disappointing, however, was the general staging. There was one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, minimal towels, only one dishtowel, no dishwasher tablets, and the shower gel and shampoo bottles were in need of refills. This is a great location, an older but still decent general facility, but we came away feeling like the unit itself could use some freshening and a bit more care put into the amenities. That being said, we had a great vacation and the price was reasonable.

Property needs maintenance, broken blinds, smell of mold & mildew in entire complex. Unit set to 70 degrees, not adjustable. Space heaters provided....not good. Drug deals in neighborhood. Not a safe area to even walk about.

This place looked exactly like the photos! I use VRBO and the other platform a lot when traveling and I’m also a host on both platforms as well, and I’m always in awe when I stay in places that look nothing like the photos, and are really bad, but this place didn’t disappoint. Before I get into the review I want to say that I did reach out to the hosts when we got there because our flights changed due to overcrowding so we ended up getting to MB much earlier than check-in and I wanted to see if there was any way that they could allow an early check-in. Shelley reached back out right away and tried to see if the cleaners could push our clean up and even apologized, which I thought was super sweet and something that she definitely didn’t need to apologize for because it wasn’t her fault and honestly wasn’t her problem lol but that was very nice of her. We really didn’t want to rush the cleaners though, so we just ended up going to the state park beach and stayed there until a few hours before check-in, then went to the resort and the front desk ladies told us to just relax and sit by the pool until our condo was ready. Just hospitality all around. The actual building is sketchy looking, but the condo was really nice, just older. Our bed comforters did have hair on them, but other than that the condo was very clean. We went to Walmart and got bedding to sleep on. We Uber’d everywhere and it was cheap so no rental needed. Good location. Pick this place if in MB!

The 1408 Condo

The property was not clean, second bed room bath was used before we arrived. All flat areas were heavy with dust , counters were clean. All lamps are on need of electoral repair. All doors would stick and not close at all without pulling the doors up. Doors to outside had no weatherstripping and allowed rain to come in and puddle on the floor. LR tv remote don’t work had to use second bedroom remot.
