Situé directement au cœur de Myrtle Beach, l'Oceans One Resort est proche de toutes les attractions du centre-ville et situé juste à côté de la toute nouvelle promenade du centre-ville, où vous trouverez de nombreux magasins et restaurants incroyables. Juste un pâté de maisons, vous pouvez profiter du parc d'attractions Family Kingdom avec des montagnes russes palpitantes, des autos tamponneuses, un canal de bûches et plusieurs autres manèges amusants. Ou passez la journée au parc aquatique en bord de mer Family Kingdom. Le centre-ville de Skywheel est à moins d'un mile de la station où vous pouvez faire un tour dans l'une de leurs gondoles climatisées et voir Myrtle Beach comme vous ne l'avez jamais vu auparavant. Et au crépuscule, la Skywheel commence son spectacle de lumière. Avec plus d'un million de lumières LED, l'écran peut être vu de haut en bas de la promenade. En outre, à quelques pas se trouve le 2nd Ave Pier, le restaurant et le bar en plein air, où vous pourrez vous essayer à la pêche sur la jetée ou tout simplement profiter des belles vues. Le centre-ville de Myrtle Beach est plein d'excitation avec des tonnes de magasins, restaurants et attractions, tous accessibles à pied.
Ce magnifique condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est un spacieux 1000 pieds carrés directement sur le front de mer au 16e étage du complexe. Profitez des magnifiques levers de soleil de la côte est ou regardez le dauphin jouer depuis votre grand balcon en bord de mer tout en prenant votre café du matin. Le condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes avec un roi dans la suite principale, 2 reines dans la deuxième chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Chacune des 2 chambres spacieuses possède sa propre salle de bains privative et une toute nouvelle t��lévision à écran plat. La grande cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de beaux comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et une cafetière Kuerig. Il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour les jours où vous voulez simplement rester au complexe et dîner. Vous aurez également votre propre laveuse / sécheuse privée dans le condo afin que vous puissiez garder ces serviettes de plage et maillots de bain au sec et prêts à l'emploi.
La station regorge de commodités amusantes pour rendre vos vacances inoubliables. Profitez de la journée sur notre belle plage, détendez-vous autour de la grande piscine en bord de mer ou flottez dans la rivière paresseuse sinueuse. Les enfants adoreront la station de jeux pour enfants dotée d'une cascade de parapluies et d'un navire coulé. Après une soirée amusante, détendez-vous dans l'un des bains à remous du complexe tout en sirotant un cocktail. Si vous voulez suivre votre routine de remise en forme ou devez vous enregistrer pour travailler pendant vos vacances, il y a une salle d'entraînement sur place et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans tout le complexe.

The unit and area very nice and comfortable. Wish they would not charge extra to make your bed or for beach towels, and they ask you to bring your own toilet paper???

The property amenities were great! There is a bathroom on the 2nd floor you use the same code to get in the resort. So when you are swimming you don't have to go all the way to your room like other reviews said. Our water was shutoff our 2nd day there from 10am-1pm. I wouldn't have minded except for the fact that we were not notified. I had to call Ocean breeze vacation to find this out after the water was already off. There were no bugs in our room and it was generally clean. Underneath some of the furniture was just not vacuumed. There was a vacuum in the room and beach chairs and a canopy. The rooms were very spacious. There was a washer and dryer and also a dishwasher.

Good location, parking was across the street plenty of spots open, clean pools only downside hot tub outside wasn't working, elevator wait time wasn't so bad. Room was clean. Would stay here again.

What’s Your Priority?

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1 star given because you cannot beat the view. 2nd star given because the AC worked great. The management company was also very friendly and communicative. As an owner myself, I would use them. Outside of that, the place was not up to my standards. Duct tape on the couches, carpet older than me...in a beachfront condo. Ew! Beds were terrible, and probably 30 years old. Towels (if you can call them that) and sheets came wrapped in cellophane. I’ve never been to jail but I’m guessing that’s what it’s like. And worst of all, NO TOILET PAPER AT ALL. Not even a cheap courtesy roll. Had to make my own bed. Had to clean everything when we left. Would rather have spent the money on a hotel. Would not recommend to anyone, unless you have low standards.

Overall Good Stay

The property was nice and clean and the view was amazing! It wouldve been helpful to get the check in information before the day of check in and not right at check in. That was a bit frustrating being so tired and not knowing where to go or what to do. Parking couldve been better explained.I didnt like that we had to make our beds upon arrival. When you’re exhausted you just want to be able to lay down, after the frustrating check in process which was more so trying to figure out the building and parking all we wanted to do was lay down. May not be a big deal to some but under our conditions it wasnt the best experience for the first day. Overall the stay was peaceful.The tenant was a very quick communicator and polite.

A few accoutrements would go a long way...

I've stayed at Ocean's One four other times and have stayed in VRBOs many times in the past 10 years. This is the ONLY one that doesn't provide toilet paper, soaps, or made beds. Some that I stay at provide coffee, a welcome basket, and, certainly, toilet paper. For less than ten bucks, these owners could provide all of that and simply increase the rental price by a buck or two a night, and the rating would be superior. What is really disappointing, however, is the one-day notification of no paper products (if I brought it from home (Washington state) I would have had to have a larger suit case, which requires checking, which costs 45 each way). Come on, owners! The biggest issue was NO REPLY to my phone call that we didnt' get the email for the code to the front door. We were able to get in, but no one really knew that because no one returned my phone call. Finally, the mattress on one of the beds in the two-bed room was quite poor. Sit on the side of the bed and it feels like a bar is digging into your thigh. And squeak, squeak, squeak every time you move. So, all of this to say, "These are REALLY easy fixes, so fix them." The pluses: Great location--great view, good space.

Short stay

A bit of a problem checking in. We where given the wrong code to enter the building. We had no parking pass and we where short on blankets and sheets. The beds had bed spreads on them but no sheets. When we got sheets and blankets we had to make up our beds. Outside of this it was a pleasant stay. the staff at Ocean One helped us with the budling code and a parking pass . They where great.

Great, relaxing stay

The weather was amazing the week we were there. The only issue we had was the code we were given to the building was wrong, but we went to the business office and were able to get the correct one. The pools were heated and we loved the proximity to the beach. We would come back for sure!

End of summer vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was fresh and clean and had plenty of room for relaxing, dining, and sleeping. It was quiet, even on the weekends. The balcony view was excellent, with the beach right outside the building. The pools and spas were nice, too. There are lots of lounge chairs and tables by the pool area. All of the appliances worked well, and there were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cups, tumblers, and silverware. The unit showed some minor signs of wear but nothing serious, which is to be expected from a seaside resort rental unit. Nothing causing any concern; there are just some scratches and dings, but nothing serious. The building complex itself was okay. The first-floor hallway and entryways are a little ****** from heavy use, but that wasn't distracting from the overall pleasantness of the property. The elevators were a little slow and grimy, but that's to be expected considering the number of people constantly coming and going. The main parking area is across the street, with a limited circle driveway in front of the building for loading in and out. But people cooperated, and it wasn't a real problem; we just had to be patient. We would stay here again and hope to do so next year if our vacation plans allow it.
