With four well-appointed bedrooms spread out across an open and inviting living space, this home is ideal for separate groups vacationing together. The open main living area features a kitchen the chef will love, with acres of counter space, beautiful green cabinets, and a full suite of appliances. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight, and there’s a high chair available for the kids. A newly updated, and well-furnished game room provides endless entertainment with a Foosball table, arcade games, and corn hole. You’ll also find a pool table for those seeking a challenging tournament! Kick back at the end of the day on the spacious sectional in front of the wood-burning stove while you stream your favorite shows on the mantel-mounted flatscreen TV. Unwind even more as the sun sets in your private hot tub with a rejuvenating soak, then be welcomed by three main bedrooms complete with cozy linens and plush accents. Before bed, though, gather around the fire pit to toast your good luck at booking the perfect mountain getaway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
