Emplacement spectaculaire Boulder Bay avec lac et arbres superbes vues. Belle cuisine ouvre sur un salon spacieux, avec un coin repas et une cheminĂ©e Ă  bois de gaz. Une suite parentale avec salle de bain principale chauffĂ©e, une chambre supplĂ©mentaire et une salle de bain situĂ©e au premier Ă©tage. Sortez par les portes en verre sur une terrasse qui Ă©tend la largeur de la maison. Que ce soit au barbecue, ou tout simplement se dĂ©tendre sur le mobilier d'extĂ©rieur, vous ĂȘtes sĂ»r de profiter de l'air de la montagne. En bas comprend deux chambres supplĂ©mentaires ainsi qu'une grande salle familiale / de jeu supplĂ©mentaire avec une table de billard et de flĂ©chettes. Il y a aussi l'accĂšs Ă  un patio extĂ©rieur au niveau infĂ©rieur. EntiĂšrement mis Ă  jour et personnalisĂ© tout au long, cette maison de 3500 pieds carrĂ©s peut accueillir confortablement 10 dans des lits, avec beaucoup d'espace Ă  revendre. Superb Home

The house is well maintained and works well for families or couples. There are separate living spaces on each of the two floors and a nice deck area on the top floor. The property furnishings are well maintained and provide for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This home is beautiful warm and cozy. My family had lots of fun indoors and outdoors.

I love how the game room is equipped with all the fun activities you need to stay in during a snow storm. Lots of space and the rooms are sound proof, I couldn’t here anything when taking a nap. Love the kitchen counter space. I was able to cook and visit with my family.

Boulder Bay fun in the snow

Our family had a super good time in this beautiful, Tuscany vibe lovely home! A quiet neighborhood, perfect location with a sweet view of the lake from the balcony. Every room in this home was so warm & welcoming. Very clean, open concept, nice high ceilings, big accessible kitchen! Wow! The island with the built In stovetop was perfect! The poolroom downstairs was a huge plus!! It stayed nice & toasty while we played games & watched movies. The fireplace kept us warm upstairs! Nice that we could park our vehicle in the spacious garage! I highly recommend staying here with family & friends

Wonderful Boulder Bay Home

Our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children, enjoyed two nights in this very clean and well appointed home! So comfortable and well equipped! It's even better than the pictures online. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with a wide variety of dependable appliances and an island large enough to support food prep, cooking, and eating all simultaneously. The downstairs game room offers billiards, a bar- style shuffleboard table, a sturdy fooseball table, and a quality felt dart board. The upstairs main patio deck is larger than in the pictures and offers a good view of the lake along with a serene tree surrounded reading and social gathering area. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable and the bathrooms come well stocked with towels and necessities. The master bath has a seperate shower, a modern cast iron claw-foot bath tub, and a thermostat to set the temp for the heated floor. The neighborhood is quiet and one of the best maintained in the Big Bear Lake area. Absolutely no complaints about this home or the overall rental experience. We are looking forward to returning.

Great Family Stay

We had a great stay at this lovely cabin. My husband and I enjoyed the main floor master with a phenomenal master bath. Our daughter's family, of 5, enjoyed the downstairs with plenty of room for sleeping, naps and early risers! Fun game room too! The chef in me enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen! This cabin home was a "Home away from home", beautiful, very clean and comfortable seating for everyone. My favorite memory was my 7 year old granddaughter rushing into our room to wake us up saying, "Get up, get up, you have to see how pretty the lake is!" It was 6:30am and the sun rise was glorious on the glistening lake and projecting an orange glow on the mountains. Cabin not on the lake, but a beautiful view of it. Check in was simple and the owner was fully accessible for communication. The only issue we had was that the TV system was not app accessible, so don't depend on your Netflix or Prime. We brought our Chromecast but couldn't get it to work. However the TV is cable and includes a DVD player which was helpful to play DVDs we brought for the kids to watch at night. We aren't big TV watchers, but would have enjoyed a movie before retiring from our busy day. We would surely rent this cabin again.

Conlon Clan Christmas getaway

The house was even better than expected, It is beautiful and well appointed. Views of the lake were an added bonus. If available next year it would be our first choice to stay for our Christmas getaway.

Beautiful house

Wes was very nice and the communication throughout the process was great. The location of the house is very good. It’s close to the lake and water activities; not too far from the village. The house was very clean and well maintained. Lots of activities and games at the house for kids and adults. We all enjoyed our stay here and will return if the place is available during our next visit.

Loved our family time!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home! The photos do not give the home justice! The deck is a wonderful place for quiet time, while the game room is fun with the family and the open kitchen allows the time to have the family mingle and all hang out during meal times. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. This home is perfect for our large Family of six! We look forward to retuning!

Big Bear Fun May 2022

This home has everything you need to celebrate any occasion. Lots of activities for the kids including a pool table, foos ball, shuffle board, corn hole and a dart board. Kitchen was perfect and was fully stocked with kitchen wares. Good internet connection and great tv's in most rooms. Plenty of parking and no steps if trying to find a rental for the elderly or disabled. New BBQ on deck with awesome view of the lake. The owners responded quickly to any of our inquiries and made the experience very enjoyable. Will definitely book again for our annual Big Bear retreat!

Beautiful & comfortable home for family reunion!

This home is beautiful, so comfortable & perfect for us. We met up with other family members that had reserved a home down the street, but everyone would end up with us during the day because the open floor plan with balcony off the living room provided much more room for our gathering!! Everyone loved this home with beautiful view of lake! Plenty of lovely plates, bowls, flatware, glassware & cookware. Beds - all comfortable!! And an endless supply of hot water!!! Wes & Monique responded quickly to all questions & their instructions were so easy to follow. Will definitely reserve this home again when we return to Big Bear Lake.

Beautiful home and view

We had four adults and four children and had plenty of room to spread out across the main room on the main level and the game room on the lower level. The view of the lake is amazing and the back yard is perfect for sledding for the kids. Highly recommend!

Fantastic for Family Fun

This house was perfect for our family winter vacation. We have 6 adults and 3 kids total and all had a great time. The space was perfect for together meals and there was plenty of room for winding down. Pool table, Shuffleboard, Foosball Table and plenty of board games are perfect games. Kitchen is well stocked with everything that you would need. We will definitely stay here again!

We are a local Southern California family that has always loved vacationing in Big Bear. After renting for many years, we finally bought a vacation home in 2014. After a couple years of ownership, we decided to selectively rent. Our goal is to make sure that it does not feel like a rental when we vacation or when guests stay.

This house check all of our boxes. Roomy with multiple places for gathering, amazing views and separate temperature controls for upstairs and downstairs.
