"Ironwood Haven" is close off the Interstate without the high or curvy roads. Easy access to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville or Knoxville. Just 20 min to Pigeon Forge, 25 min to Knoxville/Neyland Stadium and 13 min to Douglas Lake! Updated home with fence in yard, Firepit, Hot Tub, Pool Table, Air Hockey, Foosball, Cornhole, Retro Nintendo, 4 Roku TV's, & Outside deck all tucked away in quite Neighborhood that backs up to the Winfield Dunn Parkway. All the fun for a quick in/out. 2600 sq ft home. Lots of Parking for RV, Boat and many vehicles.

Welcome to Ironwood Haven!

Our spacious, 2600 sq ft home is in a quiet neighborhood, tucked away from the main road that leads to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Douglas Lake! Enjoy the endless activities and attractions they have to offer, then return home to relax in the hot tub, play in the game room, and cozy up by the living room fireplace or firepit!

The living room has a comfy sectional couch, an accent chair, a gas fireplace, and a beautiful view of the top of the Smoky Mountains right outside of the living room window!

The kitchen is spacious and the dining area holds a large, wooden kitchen table with enough seating for 8 people! We also have additional “breakfast” seating at the island, accompanied by stools. You’ll have a fully stocked kitchen which includes: a Keurig coffee maker, an additional drip coffee pot, a flip waffle maker, a blender, a large toaster, stainless steal pots and pans - and more!

The master bedroom has a King soft Memory Foam bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen soft Memory Foam bed, and the downstairs bedroom has a Queen Firm Memory Foam bed, all dressed with down comforters for a well rested night!

Upstairs you’ll find the main living room, the kitchen/dining area, a full hallway bathroom, the 2nd bedroom, and the master bedroom, which has its own full bathroom as well as a large walk in closet. Off of the kitchen AND also through the master bedroom, you’ll have access to the large back deck and backyard!

The back deck has outdoor living room seating, a large dining table, and a small hot tub! In the backyard, you’ll be happy to find a secluded little area on the right, which contains the fire pit and seating

Downstairs is where you’ll find the 2nd living room which contains an accent faux fireplace, a large bedroom containing a full bathroom, the laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, and most importantly, the game room!!

The game room has a sectional couch, retro Nintendo, a foosball table, air hockey table, pool table, board games, dart board and even it’s own long bar top with bar stools for seating!

You’ll find a large, flat screen, Roku TV in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, the master bedroom, and in the game room. Please log in with your accounts to enjoy the apps. We also have plenty of apps available that don’t require your login! Enjoy free movies, news and shows. Use Tubi App (News & Movies), Pluto TV App, Crackel or Roku Channel already downloaded for you with these free options! Over +100 channels available!

Take advantage of the largest driveway area you’ve probably ever seen! Bring your trailer, boat, RV - whatever it is, we likely have room for it!!

We genuinely hope you enjoy our home-y haven! We’ve furnished and equipped this home with YOU in mind, and it’s our desire to allow you a space for both FUN and RELAXATION as you visit. Guest book is located on the accent table in the hallway - we’d love for you to document your experience at Ironwood Haven and hope it’ll be one to remember!

Besides only being 20 minutes away from Pigeon Forge and all the attractions. This home is near a lake.

Douglas Lake is 13 minutes away.

Mountain Cove Marina is 13 minutes away. Rent Jet Ski's or a boat.

Or bring your own boat as boat ramp is 13 minute away too.

Not like the pictures

The entire house had a weird smell, the blankets and sheets smelled of urine, there was a gigantic roach in the kitchen, none of the fans worked in the home. The fan in the master bedroom fan started sparking and smoking. There were dirty socks found in user the bed. The concept of the home was good but the cleanliness and the condition of the home were not.

Deep Clean Needed and Broken Furniture

I do not like to leave negative feed back, but after sending a message I never got a reply. To start off with, whoever they are paying for cleaning service, someone should have a serious discussion with them. There are dead cockroaches and other bugs throughout the house. There are stains on sheets for the beds. The floors are dirty and walls look like they have not been cleaned in a very long time. A lot of the furniture is damaged. Drawers from shelves do not work and/or are broken and laying on the bottom of the cabinets. The bed frame was a huge concern of ours. We did not feel safe staying in it so we had to sleep on the sofa bed which is extremely uncomfortable. This was very unfortunate considering the price we paid to stay at the house. I understand a lot of people come and go and can not expect it to be perfect but that needs to be addressed. Some of the tiles are loose coming up and down the stairs. My wife tripped on one and twisted her ankle. Thankfully we did not have to take her anywhere but these safety concerns should be addressed so no one else gets hurt or feels uncomfortable sleeping. Had we stayed in the bed and it collapsed this would be a much different conversation. Location was great and there was quite a bit of space, but the cleaning issues and broken furniture and tiles should be addressed so no one gets hurt in the future.
