The Spellbound Inn - Magical house in the whimsical Forgotten Forest

We hope that our enchanting inn leaves you with lasting, magical memories!

When entering the development, turn left, and follow the road. The Spellbound Inn will be on the right-hand side. Alternately, turn right, and follow the road to find the forest arched stone entrance.

The Spellbound Inn is a 3-bedroom, 3-1/2 bathroom, 3-story house that sleeps up to a MAXIMUM of 8 people (4 queen beds), and has 3 parking spots.

We are in the whimsical Forgotten Forest, which has a dragon overlooking a labyrinth, Stonehenge (Outlander?) stones, Excalibur sword, Viking tree carving, wishing well and pavilion.

Surrounded by rolling land, you may see horses, turkeys, and other wildlife.

The Spellbound Inn is located in The Forgotten Forest, which is a whimsical, fantastical development that will be filled with Hogsmeade-inspired magical houses, Hobbit-inspired dwellings, a Harry Potter-inspired Knight Bus, Medieval castles, and treehouses.

**Elves are hard at work in the Forgotten Forest. There may be occasional construction noise, as well as extra dust / mud. You may even hear whistling and singing! There is much work to be done, and they are working hard to bring to you this unique development!

**Spellbound is a 3-story house, and has bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors only. Guests must be able to climb stairs. Spellbound does not have a sleeper sofa. Guests are to use the 4-queen sized beds provided.

Spring Break Getaway

We had the perfect getaway with our kids! The house was extremely clean, and had everything that we needed for our week stay- we loved all of the whimsical themed decor from Harry Potter!! The hidden details made the stay even more fun! Greg and Beth were excellent host and extremely responsive- we were able to reach them easily. They were extremely helpful and guiding us and the directions that we needed..The whole neighborhood is so fun and unique. We can’t wait to come back and stay again.! Thanks for opening your home to us last week! Can’t wait to tell everybody about it!

Girls Trip 2025

The Spellbound Inn was perfect. The house was very clean and adorable. The declscription and pictures on VRBO were spot on. There is construction in the area as they complete this amazing themed development. Greg and Beth were the best hosts, and VERY prompt responses to qyestuons. Thank you Greg and Beth. We had a great time on our girls trip 2025 with my daighters, my teen granddaughters and me. Highly recommend.

Very fun stay

The property is really done well. A lot of attention to detail. Little surprises all throughout the property. Everything was as promised, everything worked and everything was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Yearly family vacation

We come to pigeon forge every thanksgiving and it get a little overwhelming staying in town and it was nice being able to find such a unique house out away from all the craziness.. my kids loved the theme and the whole feel of the neighborhood and we will definitely be renting again for our next trip

Tennessee Getaway

We had an amazing stay at an incredible place. It was a short drive to Knoxville for the football game. We were also close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and visited both during our stay. When we arrived the hot tub was hot and ready and everything was very clean. We will definitely come back!

Cute Place in a Great Spot

The house was very cute and the location was perfect. Close enough to tons to do but far enough away that you aren't in all the heavy traffic of the area. My boyfriend, myself, and my parents came this way just to check out the area and we couldn't have asked for a better spot. Greg and Beth were great to. Thank you for the place to stay!

Wedding weekend

We rented Spellbound to be close to where my brother and his family were staying in Boyds Creek. Spellbound and neighborhood are so cute, just as described. Well appointed. Clean. The only drawback was the smell of sewer gas in the bathrooms.

Spellbound is the right word

Clean and well appointed unit. We loved having a bathroom for every bedroom. Back patio felt secluded even though there were neighbors. Enjoyed staying here.

Adorable and perfect

This property worked out perfectly for us. The distance to the places we wanted to visit was great and I even had a friend who was passing through on their way to North Carolina stop by because it was so close to I-40. We enjoyed the hot tub, the TV room, PacMan game, and having 3 bathrooms/showers. We loved this place and would highly recommend it to others.

I stayed with my wife, 2 kids 13 and 15 and my mother 84. My daughter and I did the most exploring of the property while my son was mostly ensconced the third floor playing games. Easy access to Pigeon Firge area.

Perfect!

Whimsically decorated, the Spellbound Inn was spacious, clean, and fun. We were in the area for a UT Parents event and didn’t want to deal with all the crowds, traffic and high prices that come with a home football game weekend. Just 25-minutes from downtown Knoxville, this was the perfect location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay…the quiet of the back patio was especially relaxing.

So much fun!!

We had so much fun staying at The Spellbound Inn! There was plenty of space for everybody to spread out and not be on top of each other, lots of bathrooms so no one had to wait! The neighborhood was so fun to explore and it’s just a really neat place to visit! We would definitely be back. I wasn’t able to access the check-in information and the host communicated through text message to help us out and everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you for opening for opening your house!

Mini Vacation

Property was great! Kids loved it and all it had to offer and so did we. Upstairs game room was a huge hit with 4 kids. Owners were very quick to respond and check in and out was pretty much contactless with no issues. Would happily book this property again.

Great place!

This place was great, not hard to find, and well priced, considering the things we got for it. Not just a basic level of anything in the place, furniture and beds comfortable, and hot tub was great. Nice extras like aluminum foil ajd such in the kitchen, as well as a good selection of plates, etc and pots/pans. Would definitely stay here again

Spellbound with this property

The house is called Spellbound Inn and it didn't disappoint. Everything is as they say. Very cool decor and theme as is the entire neighborhood. We took a little walk out the back door and noticed a dragon sculpture and walking path in a spiral pattern. The hot tub was great and relaxing! With very few neighbors currently it was like we had the neighborhood to ourselves. It was a great getaway. Loved it!

This is our first venture as owners, and we are self-managed. The Spellbound Inn will not only be a rental, but a part of our family's lives. We care about our enchanting inn, as well as our future guest's vacations.
