Just steps from Douglas Lake, this vacation rental offers top-of-the-line amenities including a furnished screened-in porch, private dock, firepit, and a game room complete with a pool table. Whether you spend your days lakeside, exploring the Great Smoky Mountains, or enjoying the thrills of Dollywood, you'll feel right at home at this beautiful, waterfront retreat.

Inside, guests will find a tastefully renovated, full kitchen and modern appliances included flatscreen TVs and wireless internet. Four bedrooms split between two-levels provide plenty of space and ample sleeping accommodations. The game room offers a non-regulation size pool table, custom bar seating, and for additional sleeping, a foldable futon.

Guests will equally love the outdoor amenities this home has to offer. The home features direct lake access including a private dock and beach. A private hot tub, grill and eating area can all be found in the sizable backyard.

** There are two security cameras at this home: one on the circle drive/front porch entry and one on the back door access. Both are inactive while guests are in the home.
*** Douglas Lake's water levels fluctuate throughout the year. During the fall/winter, the water levels are low, but rise in the spring and summer. The dock will be unavailable for guest use during fall/winter.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
