All Bedrooms have their own suites with walk in closets and bathrooms. Home is in private setting within Palmetto Dunes Resort overlooking Robert Trent Golf Course. Backyard has a private pool (available for heating for extra charge). Walk or ride bikes to beach. Walk To Shelter Towne Center.

The home has two areas for dining, a formal dining room and a eat in Kitchen that overlooks all the backyard, make sure to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the views including the # 7 green of the Robert Trent Jones Course. Two spacious living area’s provide great space to spread out and grants access to the backyard pool and patio. The formal Living room has a full office set up complete with a printer to conduct remote working. A Smart Large Screen TV and a bookcase full of lots of books to enjoy. The Family room can serve as a 4th bedroom with a full sized pull out sectional, closet and locking doors for privacy. Adjacent to the Family room is a full bath room and mini wet bar.

The 1st floor master bedroom is luxuriously big overlooking the backyard as well. Walk in closet, Smart TV, full master bath with soaking tub, double vanity and walk in shower. The home has an ideal floorplan with the master on one side of the home and the other suites on the other side for privacy. The 2nd suite is a Queen guest room with a walk in closet, Smart TV and private bath. There is a second floor with it’s own space, 2 full beds, walk in shower, Smart TV and private full bath.

The home is also equipped with a large full laundry room, Full sized high efficiency new washer dryer, cabinets stocked with beach towels, cleaning supplies and bags for guests use. The garage is fully equipped with bikes, bike cart, boogie boards, beach chairs, pool toys, bike pump, helmets ladies and child golf sets, some fishing gear etc.

The backyard is your own private Oasis with private pool that receives full sun and umbrella for shade. Outdoor Patio sets and propane grill for at home dinners. Lounge chairs for sunning.

The house sits on a quiet street. With a 2 car garage and large driveway. Quick walk/bike to the beach access (check out map). Awesome views of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Behind the home and across the golf course is easy access to Shelter Cove Towne Center with shops and restaurants as well as the local Grocery store (Kroger).

Details to note: Free Tennis/Pickleball and Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center. Discounted Golf at all 3 Palmetto Dunes Golf courses. Easy access to bike path that spans the entire island. The complex charges $25 a car for your stay paid to the complex, we cannot waive this.
