Family Tides is ready to welcome you to our newest rental property in Palmetto Dunes! We have been rental owners for nearly 6 years and love this area!

Come vacation in paradise! Spend your days enjoying sweeping waterfront views of the 11-mile saltwater lagoon, relaxing in the private pool and spa, napping on the screened in porch, kayaking/fishing off the dock, or playing a game of Ping Pong or giant-size Connect Four. This Palmetto Dunes home truly has it all and is only a short walk or bike ride to the beach and world class golf and tennis.

This home has everything you need, both indoors and out, for a fun, relaxing time with the family: Three bedrooms (sleeps 10) and three full bathrooms; private pool and spa; outdoor rec room with ping pong table; amazing views with a private dock; great location near the beach; books and board/card games; high-speed wireless internet; new Smart TVs, luxury vinyl plank floors and fresh paint throughout; fully stocked kitchen; brand new appliances; laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Outdoor Space:
Enjoy the sweeping views of the pool, spa and saltwater lagoon from above from the large, screened in porch and the adjacent deck! (Pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee).

The pool area features a large pool with attached spa, new gas grill, and poolside chaise lounge chairs. Adjacent to the pool is a brand new 1200 square ft. recreation room with lots of comfortable seating for relaxing, a table and chairs to eat poolside, an outdoor ping pong table and giant-sized Connect Four game.
Relax in the oversized Adirondack chairs on your private dock! The dock overlooks the 11-mile saltwater lagoon where you are sure to see one of the 160 bird species that inhabit the area, a variety of fish and the occasional boater or kayaker.

Entry/Indoor Common Space:
A covered front porch overlooks a quiet cul-de-sac street where you can sit on the oversize rocking chairs and watch the kids ride bikes and scooters. Beautiful double glass entry doors lead into the foyer. Beyond is the spacious, open living room complete with high ceilings, Smart TV mounted above the fireplace, and shelves stocked with books, toys and games. A sleeper-sofa couch, love seat and armchair give plenty of room for everyone to gather for a family movie or game night.
The dining room is adjacent and open to the living room and has a large table with seating for six. The updated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances is attached with a second seating area with seating for four. There is also a private outdoor breakfast nook patio off the kitchen where you can enjoy a quiet cup of coffee at the bistro table. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and has plates, cups and utensils for both indoors and out. The laundry room is attached to the kitchen.

Bedrooms/Baths:
When it comes time to rest at the end of your busy day, comfortable beds will await you with sleeping accommodations for 10.

The Master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and large walk-in closet. The updated master bath has a large walk-in tiled shower and granite topped vanity. The sliding glass doors offer beautiful views and easy access from the master bedroom to back deck, pool and lagoon.

The second master bedroom offers a queen bed, full over twin bunk beds, Smart TV, walk in closet and ensuite full bathroom with tub/shower.

The third bedroom offers a king bed, Smart TV and large closet. There is an updated, full bathroom in the hall with a tub/shower serving bedroom number three.

There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room offering additional sleeping accommodations.

Palmetto Dunes: This home is located in the private gated community of Palmetto Dunes Hilton Head. Palmetto Dunes is a 2000-acre oceanfront resort that truly has the best of what Hilton Head has to offer - one of the East Coast's premier beaches, championship golf and tennis, fine dining, and miles of bike and walking trails. The Dunes Buggy offers free shuttle service to all parts of Palmetto Dunes, Shelter Cove Harbor, and the Dunes House during the summer season.

The Dunes House offers a beachfront restaurant, restrooms, outdoor showers, and a parking lot or bike rack for all Palmetto Dunes guests. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Dunes House is a great place for lunch or dinner and cocktails after a day at the beach.

Nearby Shelter Cove Harbor and Towne Center offers restaurants and unique shops. Walk along Shelter Cove Harbor and look at the yachts that are anchored in the marina. The Palmetto Dunes General Store has a wide variety of merchandise, groceries, souvenirs and fishing bait.
