Pool: 28' x 14' * This property offers free pool heat in the shoulder season (Sept -Oct and April - May) to roughly 86 -88 degrees. Pool heat not available November - March as the pool heater does not work when the air temperature is below (roughly) 60 degrees.
Car Passes: Palmetto Dunes Car Passes (per vehicle) are $25 for 1-2 nights, $45 3-7 nights , $60 8 -14 nights, $85 15-30 nights, $125 31-180 nights. Car Passes must be ordered at time of booking and can be picked up at our office on day of arrival. This fee is not included in the VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made
Seasonal Beach Shuttle: Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a FREE on demand and door to door shuttle to the beach and Shelter Cove Marina, Shops, and Restaurants. This Shuttle runs from April through September.

If you are booking on a third party site such as VRBO or AirBnB, you are subject to Vacation Homes of Hilton Head's cancellation policy. Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Travel Insurance is an additional % of the total and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Card. ID Verification is required.
