Welcome to 536 Queens Grant, your perfect vacation home in the heart of Palmetto Dunes! This spacious villa is located just a short walk from the beach and is close to all the exciting activities/entertainment that the resort has to offer. As you step inside, you will be greeted by an updated interior featuring an open floor plan and modern amenities.

Living Spaces:
The updated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, perfect for preparing delicious meals for your family and friends.

Accommodations:
This villa boasts a spacious primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, en-suite bath, and sliding door access to the back patio. Additionally, the guest bedroom has bunk beds and a queen bed, perfect for kids. A guest bathroom is right around the corner.

Outdoor:
Outside, you will find a private back patio complete with seating for 6, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Relax and enjoy the warm breeze as you take in the beautiful surroundings of this fabulous villa.

Palmetto Dunes

Great location for pickleball and tennis. Short walk to beach. Very easy access on bikes to everything. Longer walk but also nice. Wired parking rules and access to the Palmetto Dunes prop after 10pm.

Nice location. Property acceptable

We enjoyed the location and the easy check in and check out. The property was adequate and clean. It was expensive compared to the quality of the accommodations as it was basic and a bit outdated especially the kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay, Kim was very helpful! My kids liked that the pool was just around the corner. A little bit of a walk to the beach, but well worth it. It would be nice if they had a parking lot for those who can't make the walk to the beach. The grounds were very clean!

Girls weekend get away

We had an amazing getaway at this property. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. There are nearby restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. The pool was VERY close proximity and was easily accessible. Also, the transportation to and from the beach is so convenient and would pick us up within 5 minutes of calling. This property most definitely gets a 5 star review from us and we already look forward to returning!

Excellent stay!

The condo was convenient, within walking distance to the golf course, the store, the pool and the beach. It was clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and parking was not a problem. For our stay, it would have been better if the rooms had 2 double beds instead of double and a single, but we knew that going in. Overall, it was an A+. As a yearly visitor to Hilton Head, I will stay here again.

Just Beachy!

This Condo worked out great for our family. The location inside Palmetto Dunes was spot on for us. Close to one of Queen's Grant many pools, short walk to the General Store as well as a couple of the restaurants inside of Palmetto Dunes, and then walking to the beach was just a bit farther. The Condo had a nice layout and was nicely equipped with all that we needed. Would definitely book again!

Great place to stay with your family, including your pups

We have been coming to Hilton Head for years, but this was the first time with our dogs in tow. The property is well located; it is very close to the pool as well as the local store and gear rental place. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute bike ride to Shelter Cove shops and restaurants. Walking the dogs on the beach in the mornings and evenings was great. If you golf, play pickle ball, or tennis, this property is right in the middle of venues for all those activities.

Adorable beach townhome

This town home was perfect for out girls breatcancer race weekend! It was plenty big enough. The open living room was the perfect place to kick back and relax after the race and prepare for the next day. Kim was very helpful and responsive. The townhome has everything you need! Would definitely reccomend.

Family Vacation 2022

This was our first time staying in Palmetto Dunes as we have stayed in Sea Pines in the past. Palmetto Dunes is amazing! This property was great for our family. It was very spacious with a large kitchen and large bedrooms. It is pet friendly and we were able to bring our little dog on vacation with us for the first time which was perfect. The location was ideal. Close to the pool, the General Store, golf, tennis and just a short walk to the beach. The condo could use a few updates, but in general it was a very nice place. Would stay here again!

Large condo

The condo was very spacious. Had more beds then advertised. 4 beds downstairs and 3 beds upstairs. Could sleep 12. There are plenty of beach towels, sand toys and some beach chairs. Bike rentals can be delivered, which is a good plan.

Grandkids weekend beach trip loved it!!!

Comfortable, clean, and convenient. Plenty of room for the three grand kids and adults Kitchen was equipped with lots of plates glasses utensils pots and pans Beds were comfortable. And there were enough towels. Both beach and bath!!! The place was clean and no Evidence of bugs very high on my list Dog friendly but did not smell like a dog. Close to restaurants and shopping. Beach is a 12 minute hike ( longer with kids) or drive to one of the other public beaches. Unit is near one of the community pools Definitely keeping this one posted to my vacation board

Enjoying life at the beach with family while celebrating youngest daughter's silver wedding!

This week was spent enjoying life with family and friends while celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary and our youngest daughter, Shelley's 25th anniversary to Barney. There was ample room for all three couples to be together...and yet, have their own space. We enjoyed all of the comforts of a fully stocked kitchen and the openness of the home...along with the short walk to the beautiful beach. This is a time we will always treasure and we would recommend this home to anyone considering staying here. We'll be back!!!!

Perfect for our family get together with young grandkids, their parents and us (the grandparents)!

from when we first booked the property we were impressed with how approachable and accommodating Jennifer and George were with our questions and concerns. They were very helpful. we loved the villa and its closeness to golf, pool and beach. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for all of us. The unit was very clean when we arrived except for an overflowing trash can in the trash area so it took a couple of days before we really had a place to empt our trash. Would stay here again. Thanks Jennifer & George for sharing your lovely Hilton Head home.
