Cozy Smoky Mountain Cabin w/ Every Modern Amenity

You'll have an amazing and relaxing stay at this immaculate Smoky Mountain Cabin! Why? Because it's secluded. Yet dining, shopping, & adventure is just a short distance. And... you'll have all the modern amenities like a hot tub, 4 ROKU tv's, fast WIFI, laundry machines, a grill...the list goes on.

The space
When you walk in the front door, beautiful knotty pine walls and exposed beams greet you. Cook a hearty breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen with dine-in seating for 6. With 2 sofas and cozy gas fireplace (usable Nov-March), the living room can seat plenty. Down the hallway is a queen size bedroom & full bathroom. For your convenience there's a laundry
room too.

Huge Master bedroom suite with a king size bed is upstairs. A 3rd queen size bedroom is also upstairs. Ceiling fans are located throughout the cabin for your personalized comfort level. You can enjoy beautiful wooded views from both porches. The covered front porch has a nice swing and two rocking
chairs. Soak in the hot tub or dine outdoors on the private back porch. If you fancy a backyard barbecue you only need to bring the charcoal. You'll have plenty to do & enjoy even if you don't want to venture out. Like family friendly board games, the fire pit, a grill, 4 ROKU tv's and high speed internet (1200 mbps). Also- don't worry about dishes, pans, dish soap or bath towels- we've got you covered :)

The cabin sits close to a main road with easy access to main attractions. Unique eateries like The Peddler, Split Rail & Timbers Log Cabin are only an 18 minute drive. Take a walk in historic Downtown Gatlinburg and discover charming boutiques. Other close entertainment options include:\

The cabin is on a private gravel road. The speed limit is 5 mph and is STRICTLY ENFORCED. The road has a gradual incline easily handled by a standard vehicle.
The driveway is partially shared with a neighbor. You are to park on the graveled portion of the driveway. DO NOT PARK on the paved section. No more than 3 vehicles including any trailers are allowed. DO NOT park any vehicles on the private road.. DO NOT go beyond the wooden fence in the yard. There is a locked owner's closet and crawl space that is not accessible.

Gatlinburg is 18 minutes away
Smoky National park is 10 min away
Pigeon forge is 25 min away
Dollywood is 30 min. away

The Fine Print & Important Details:

1.) We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.
2.) This is a non-smoking cabin. ($250 + cleaning fee will apply)
3.) No Pets. ($200 fee + request to leave will apply)
4.) You will need to bring your own ROKU password for access.
5.) Max of 3 vehicles allowed (including trailers)
5) Children under 18 must be supervised at all times in the hot tub.
6.) No candles. ($50 plus damages will apply)
7.) We can't offer late check out or early check in.
8.) You will be provided with the keypad access code 1 day prior to your arrival. (check your email
