This house is literally just steps to the beach. It's LOCATED ON BEACH BOARDWALK 32, which you'll enter through the yard, and you'll be right on the beach. There's just one house between this one and the beach, and you may catch a glimpse of water from the living room and deck.

The home is beautifully maintained with an open and airy layout. Just up the front porch steps is a spacious entryway that leads into a 2-STORY LIVING ROOM and adjacent dining room. Off the dining room is a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with everything you'll need for your stay.

Behind the living/dining room is a SCREENED-IN PORCH and an open deck with a GRILL. You'll have everything you need to cook and dine al fresco.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms:
* Master suite with king bed, ensuite, and private balcony
* Bedroom 2: king bed (shared hall bath)
* Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds (shared hall bath) + optional crib

Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms:
* Bedroom 4: king bed with ensuite
* Bedroom 5: king bed

We do our best to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. We keep the house well stocked with all the gear and supplies, so you can just come on in and start your vacation.

Amazing Kiawah Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home and definitely will be returning! The location is quite private and about 2/3s of the way into the island, which to me, is perfect as it's quiet and peaceful away from the condos and golf course. The beach access is right next to the house and is a short walk to the beach via a boardwalk. The house is one of the most well stocked homes I've ever stayed in and that says a lot as our family has rented countless homes over the years as we frequently take vacations. The homeowner does an amazing job at making the home feel cozy and clean. There are plenty of towels, both bathroom and beach, all bathrooms are well stocked with soap, there are plenty of trash bags and toilet paper, books and games and anything else you can think of. The homeowner was quick to communicate and even setup a crib for us last minute which was wonderful of her. Thanks so much again!

Great stay

Overall great stay. House was very clean, as advertised and well stocked. Owner was great to deal with . Only negative was a crew coming in to work on the roof the entire last day, making lots of noise and leaving mess everywhere.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property because of it’s location and proximity to the beach. It was very easy to get support from the host with any questions or concerns. The property is well stocked with anything one needs for a beach getaway.

Long Beach Weekend

Great house that was very close to beach. Easy to communicate with Steph who was always available. Lots of beach chairs and beach towels on property. Only issue was not enough comfortable chairs in the main den for a family of 8 adults. We would definitely rent again.

I'm local to Charleston/Kiawah. My family fell in love with Kiawah and we decided to make downtown Charleston our full-time home so that we can enjoy Kiawah as often as possible (which is usually the weekends and summer). When we found this house as a rental opportunity, I took it on as a project that I could manage while taking care of our two little boys. I found that I love being able help people have a great beach vacation, so I do my best to make sure the house is set up for guests to be comfortable and have everything they need for a great stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This house is truly an ideal beach rental. The location is perfect, just off the beach. It makes it so easy to enjoy the beach throughout the day when you can go back and forth to the house so effortlessly. Pop by for a quick morning walk, go on a bike ride, take kids to play in the sand, watch the sunset.

The layout of the house works really well for all kinds of groups. The bedrooms are split between upstairs/downstairs so it works for two families, multigenerational families, or multiple couples. It has all King beds (except for the bunk room) with fresh hotel-style linens so everyone is comfortable. The central living/dining/outdoor areas are great gathering spots for groups and there is ample seating, dinnerware, etc. for a big group.
