The property needs some updating. Cushions on overlook decking are moldy - could not sit up there. Pool waterfall didn't work which caused bugs and debris to collect on pool surface. Apparently this broke the AM of day we arrived. It was cleaned for use, but sub-optimal / disruptive. Fans on the main deck are taped over (not to use) - made sitting there warm / buggy. Most plates and cups are chipped and most pool towels are frayed.

Nice property and amenities. Great for a large group. Far drive from the entrance and back to Freshfields, community pools, and beach access with parking, but not the property’s fault! Weird master bath sink.

Great Group Getaway despite Hurricane

We recently rented this beautiful six-bedroom home in Kiawah, South Carolina, and despite facing some unforeseen challenges—including the impending Hurricane Debby—we had a wonderful time. The house itself is sturdy and well-equipped, making it a comfortable retreat for our group. A special shoutout to our host, Constance, who was prompt, courteous, and professional in addressing all our questions and keeping us informed with alerts throughout our stay. Her support truly made a difference during a stressful time. Although we only had one nice weather-day, it didn’t dampen our spirits. The property is perfect for groups, especially those who enjoy golfing, with plenty of options nearby. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a getaway with friends or family. Thank you, Constance, for a memorable experience!

Beautiful home and location but needs some TLC

We traveled to Kiawah Island for the first time for a vacation with our extended family - including 5 adults and 4 teens. In its’ glory day, the home would’ve been truly spectacular. Its layout is expansive with plenty of community space for groups, as well as space for a quiet retreat when a subset of the group feels like time alone. Ideal for large families or people traveling with multiple groups, with all the amenities to accommodate a crowd. Incredible view of the beach, and the Ocean Course from the rooftop! Unfortunately, the home appears to get nonstop rental traffic and everything is in need of a deep cleaning and general, routine upkeep and repair (well beyond what can be done in the six hours between guests checking out/in). The owner was very responsive to any issues we reported throughout the week, although often redirected us to the well-worn Rental Manual left in the kitchen that’s in need of a refresh. It contains a summary of house rules, but any other helpful other information has long since been removed. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Kiawah and would go back - probably would not rent this home again unless it had been off the market for some TLC, simply given our high expectations relative to the cost of a week’s rental.

Excellent property which we would definitely go back to. Wonderful view. Any small issue was promptly addressed. One of the things that would make it better for us would be use of the elevator because of the number of steps.

Great for large families or groups

Beautiful home, spacious bedrooms, plenty of communal space, beautiful views, great chefs kitchen with 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens (great for large groups). The kids loved all the board games and the pool. The two queen bedrooms have a shared jack and Jill bath, I feel like that was not very clear in the listing, but owner was very communicative with questions, passes and misc info about the island. Would recommend.

Golfer’s Dream

The house is amazing, especially the views of the Ocean Course. We spent a week here playing golf, cooking food, and enjoying the 3 different viewing levels provided. And if stargazing is your thing, the rooftop is the place to be. We enjoyed clear skies every night. A great property for a special occasion!

The home is spacious enough to easily accommodate 10 guests, but intimate for the entire family to gather for dinner and games. Each deck offers its own stunning views from the pool to the golf and ocean views. Our family had a wonderful time again in this exquisite home. The owner/host is prompt to respond to any inquiries.

Absolutely perfect family home

We stayed here with our three adult children and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the beach views and also the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is wonderful and very spacious for the whole family to cook together! Constance was very easy to contact with any questions.

Stunning views of Kiawah Island!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this spectacular home! The owner was available if needed and responded quickly. The rooftop view was incredible. I grew up taking family vacations to Kiawah and this home has the best views on the island! The outdoor living on the balcony is quiet and relaxing with the sound of the ocean waves and breeze. We look forward to returning next year!

Family vacation on Kiawah

The house is amazing - beautifully appointed/decorated and the views are second-to-none. Pool is bigger than most on Kiawah and we enjoyed it. Only issue was pocket door into 2nd floor master was broken. Owner was very responsive, but repair didn’t happen quickly. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would definitely rent again.

Amazing views and beautiful home. We stayed the week with our three young children and grandparents. We enjoyed a great week of beach time, pool, cooking and relaxing. Property was magical, Top of the line, recommend highly to families and golf buddies looking to stay on Kiawah Wish we had access to elevator on move in day and last day to make things easier , otherwise if you have a chance to rent this house I recommend it highly
