Take in views of both the ocean and the bay from this lovely, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in an oceanfront building in peaceful North Ocean City! Newly remodeled, Capri 903 sits mere steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants at 110th Street, yet it retains all the ambience of an oasis of tranquility. Enjoy a private balcony that's furnished and ready for outdoor dining, a sun-filled living area that has been tastefully decorated with high-end finishes (including a large flatscreen TV), and a fully equipped kitchen with a new refrigerator, new cabinetry, and an expansive breakfast bar.

Walk down to the beach from this direct oceanfront building for a day of sun and surf, or stay home to swim in the gorgeous indoor pool solarium. The Capri has other wonderful amenities as well, including outdoor tennis, indoor basketball, an exercise room, a sauna, a game room, a library, and a personal beach locker. All of this, and you'll be within walking distance of several restaurants, a shopping mall, a movie theater, and the popular Gold Coast Mall.

Things to Know
There is a $75 per week, cash or credit card non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri, which includes one parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week per space.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Had a problem with the condo place doing maintenance, chipping cement on balconies, alot of noise. Which the condo place should have notified vacasa. But didn't. Vacasa stepped up and got us another place with no problem

Great communication. Had a slight issue with the wash machine but addressed quickly. Would recommend. Place was clean and nice views. Well appointed with kitchen appliances for frozen drinks, cooking etc.

Beware of vacasa

The unit was lovely just as described. Clean but not sparkling. All items needed for the week were provided including linens paper towels soaps etc. However, I will never rent through Vacasa again. We experienced a maintenance issue late the evening before we were to depart and Vacasa informed me that they do not work evenings or weekends to address maintenance issues.

Updated kitchen and bathroom, but other parts of the condo could use some attention. Easy access to the beach. Large indoor pool.

Beautiful Inside

I loved the cleanliness of this condo, and that it was recently updated. All the furniture was comfortable, and I was shocked to find that the linens were included. This is a very big deal when traveling as a family. Views were great, but deck was a bit small. Also did not like the high top table on the deck. Sitting at that on the 9th floor was scary. Everything else was perfect. Kitchen was stocked great and all appliances in great condition and clean. This was a pleasant surprise because I have rented many unit in Ocean City where I was very disappointed of the condition compared to the pictures shown. You will get what you see in this condo.
