****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This beautiful 2 BA 2 BR unit is ready to make your vacation a trip to remember. The living room area features nice furnishings, a huge flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has granite countertops, newer cabinetry along with a stainless-steel refrigerator, microwave and oven. The dining room furnishings offers a great place for the family to gather for meals and offers amazing views as you enjoy your culinary creations. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a desk for those of you that may need to work. The second bedroom has two full size beds. Both bedrooms have TV's. The bathrooms have both have showers. There is a washer/dryer for guest use and free WiFi. The balcony offers amazing views of both the bay and the ocean and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after your fun filled day at the beach!

Located on 110th street at the Capri, this building has wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You will have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, outdoor tennis/ pickleball court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is convenient to many great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, movies, and other fun activities.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 18th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes Toilet Paper and 1 roll of Paper Towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
