****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This Capri has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and events at North Side Park.

This fabulous condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep 6. The master bedroom has a King size bed, full bath and a TV. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, a traditional 2 Twin bunk bed and a TV. The second bedroom has access to the full bath directly across the hall. You'll have a fully stocked kitchen for those nights that you want to stay and cook at home. There is also a washer/dryer in the room for guest use. The renovation of this condo includes a comfortable dining table and chairs as well as a separate multi-functional space that can be used for additional dining or a Wi-Fi equipped workspace, perfect for those of you that may need to "work from home".

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 9th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Terrific spot for a Christmas visit!

Our family stayed for a long weekend ahead of Christmas, to enjoy Winterfest and other off-season activities. The condo was a perfect spot for this! The kids loved the indoor pool, and the condo had a perfect ocean view from warm recliners inside the building. We had a great time!

This condo is breathtaking! Would 1000% stay here again in a heartbeat! You cannot beat the views! The condo itself is very nice and includes everything you could possibly need between pots, pans, silverware, salt, pepper, hand soap, etc. My kids did not want to leave, and neither did I! My mom loved the condo so much she just stayed in and relaxed in front of the view the whole time lol! The indoor pool is great! We also loved the rolling bins you take your luggage up in as it’s so much easier than the standard you get at normal hotels and you can fit so much more and not have to worry about things falling off. Everything about our stay was just perfect! Thank you so much for letting us stay here!

Family Vacation

We had a great time. The place was as pictured and had beautiful views. The only issues were the beds and furniture under neath was not sweep at all. It is not child safety; front door would not lock from the inside and our 18-month-old grandson was able to open the door, so we had to prop a bar stool in front of it. Door to the first bath needs a new doorknob to close properly so little kids cannot get in. Other than them things it was great. a great stocked kitchen as well.

The facility was wonderful. The condo was very nice. Our only slight disappointment was the check in person who was very short tempered and unfriendly. Thankfully we only crossed paths with him once.

Beautiful condo at the perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is perfectly located. With a beautiful ocean view on the left and great view of the bay to the right. The condo was clean and very comfortable for our family of 4. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation. We can’t wait to go back next year and hopefully for many years to come!

Decent, won’t be back

Communication with the hosts was lacking. When I had questions they were answered shortly and rudely. The bed was so uncomfortable I barely could sleep, the headboard must of been broken bc it made noise with any movement made. I know you are at the beach but there was sand everywhere when we got there, not sure how much they cleaned before we arrived. About staff of the complex were rude and nasty. Views were beautiful but the balcony has a 6 inch gap at the bottom which was nerve racking. There was no internal lock which I didn’t love, it did lock but it was more stressful for me not having a lot /bolt or anyway to make sure it was locked from inside. We had fun, but I will not be back to this location.

The condo was nice and clean just like in the pictures. The view was awesome and the beach was right in the backyard, like you can hear the water crashing through the balcony door and windows. They also had a indoor heated pool which was amazing. An arcade , and basketball court as well. And all of that led to the beach in the backyard (Very convenient).. The Capri was also right in the middle of everything, food , food market, bars , mini golf everything. So you definitely can't go wrong with booking here .. Awesome Awesome Awesome!!

This was my first time ever using Vrbo. I was a little reticent and scarred. I walk up to the door, open it and I am presented with the EXACT vew from the picture in this listing. It IS AMAZING. There were a few small worn place. Some peeling paint, the beds are HARD lol and a piece missing from the blinds. Other than this, it was PERFECT. It is a beautiful space. The only reason I mention the small imperfections is because they ask you to take note of them when you first get there so as to keep it honest. The only complaint was how hard the beds are. Other than that, the space is beautiful, the area is perfect. The staff in the building were, not exactly nice, but definitely helpful. The first night man, he was very helpful. The others, barely spoke at all. But, all were helpful with asked questions. I would definitely love to reserve this space again. the condo is GORGEOUS. The instructions left were perfect.

The view was exceptional. The blue recliners were awesome but the property wreaked of this curry smell which sort of ruined the experience. The only other comment is about how much stuff the owner has in the unit leaving little to no space for a tenant to put food etc in the kitchen/unit and while nicely decorated we found ourselves hiding stuff to keep it away from the 4 yo and 21 month old. Lastly the pool was nice and the lifeguard was very attentive, pleasant and most helpful with the little ones but the water was quite chilly.

We enjoyed a perfect summer weekend at this property! The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we spent our mornings there. The kitchen was stocked with necessities. The beach was footsteps away and the indoor pool provided a refreshing option after a day in the sun. Check-in and check-out was simple. Accommodations were comfortable for a family of 4.

Gorgeous Condo and Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was gorgeous and extremely clean upon arrival. We were really pleased with the location, too. It was close to beach stores, restaurants, and had a gorgeous direct view of the ocean and beach. Some of the staff members could have been a bit more helpful and one was rude when asked a simple question about supplies for a few of the games in the arcade. And be aware that the second parking spot you get is only going to be able to accommodate fairly small vehicles. Low clearance and very tight spots and they will not offer accommodations to another spot. We were lucky that the main spot was in the open and our second vehicle was able to fit underneath. Not sure what we would have done otherwise.

Great Space, Great Views, Great Location

The condo unit was really nice. You can tell that they recently upgraded the unit with appliances and furniture so the space felt new and clean. The property has ocean views that you can see from windows or from the balcony. My mom, in particular, really enjoyed sitting in the recliner enjoying the views of the beach. Lastly, we liked the location because it was nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Overall we had a lovely visit. The only problem we had was that they provided 5 pillows in the master bedroom, but provided only 2 pillowcases. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

This place was amazing! So comfy and large. Everything was first class. Loved, loved, loved the recliners that looked out at the beach. Pool was so nice and the lifeguard, Kenny, was great. So kind and helpful.It would be nice to have a bar (coffee or otherwise) in the pool area.Hope to return next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean and nicely maintained, but it was definitely smaller than expected based on the photos. It’s located about 20 minutes from downtown, which was manageable but something to keep in mind.One thing that stood out was the number of rules in the building — it felt a bit restrictive at times. Also, we were surprised to find out we had to purchase our own bedding. We've stayed at many VRBOs before and have never encountered that, especially without being clearly informed ahead of time. Unfortunately, we didn’t get that detail until it was too late to cancel the booking.Overall, it was an okay stay, but I’d recommend reading all the fine print carefully before booking.
