Never again!
Inaccurate listing. Horribly cleaned if at all. Inaccurate check in instructions. The place smelled like a mix of cat urine and BO. Sand all over the floor. Balcony had an enormous amount of sand, cigarette ash, used fire sticks laying on the ground, crackers, and mustard all over the deck floor. Half of the balcony blinds were down and broken, restricting our view. Wet towels left in the washer, sheets left in the dryer, the dishwasher was completely filled, and there was coffee in the coffee maker. Pile of sand behind the door in the hallway bathroom. We got locked out night 1 because unknown to our knowledge we needed a key to get in the elevator at night which wasn’t provided to us. The shower head in the hall bathroom fell on my boyfriend mid shower and was now broken. They tried to kick my dog out halfway through the week even though it was posted as a dog friendly place when I booked. On day 6, a day before our vacation ended, vacasa finally reached out to fix the blinds and shower head after us constantly reaching out to get it fixed and spending a week with a restricted balcony view and only 1 shower working. I could go on and on in detail about how horrible this place was but I don’t have enough characters here to do so.
