A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor.

Make your way up the stairs to the inviting heart of the villa where pool views rule. The open floor plan pulls the kitchen, dining, and living areas together, along with balcony access overlooking the pool. Cozy conversation and a large flat-screen TV will draw your family together after a long day along the shore. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a gas stove will surely have the chef in your party ready to show off their cooking skills.  For your caffeine needs, a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig are included. The dining table seats 6, along with 4 bar stools at the breakfast counter. Margarita or Mai Tai anyone?
