The condo was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The toilet was an issue when we got there but we contacted the host and they came right out and fixed. The ice maker stopped working on our last day or it never worked and was just filled-we are not sure. The view is nice and you can see the ocean but you cannot see the beach or the sunset as the condo next door blocks it. We had great weather and an awesome sandbar. We rented chairs from Jake’s for the week. Great access to beach. Would come again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll start out with the location of this property is awesome. The view from the patio is great, you feel like you're on the beach even when you're at the condo. The beach access is also super convenient and easy. The condo itself looks way newer and updated in the photos than it actually is. The furniture also felt dated and not super clean (also the furniture is slightly different than what is shown in the listing photos). The unit felt pretty clean, not spotless. Overall, for the price and being on the beach is was a good stay.

Smooth easy checkin. Host communicated regularly. Unit was ckean, spacious, and with incredible views. Weve stayed in same complex before. Always great easy access to beach and walking/biking pathway. Will definitely stay again this year.

We initially had problems with the internet...calls were dropping and unable to open up some programs from our laptop. I did reach out to the host and they helped me to locate the router. After rebooting the router, the problems fixed themselves.

The house was a bit dirtier and more run down than the pictures shown.

Perfect family vacation

We loved our condo. It was perfect & had everything, very roomy, nice set up, perfect spot. Just missing an interior front door lock as the toddler could open the door & run out.

We had a great time at this condo! It was clean, had everything you could need in the kitchen and it was comfortable! Awesome views and easy to get around! Great location!

Did Not Meet Expectations for the Price

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival view was obstructed because glass on balcony was not clean.After it was reported they sent someone out that day. However beautiful view from balcony.White cloth sofa was stained and overall dirty, could not fully open closet door in bedroom with 2 beds. Drawers in bedroom had hardware sitting in drawers so opening and closing drawers were a problem.Property is not in walking distance to town at least a 2 mile walk to Rosemary Beach and Seaside is not in walking distance.Beach view everyday is wonderful!Rental is not worth the price.

Beautiful condo with amazing views on pristine, private beach. Super clean, fully stocked. Easy access to Alys and Rosemary beaches. Our 2nd time staying at this property and we will be back!

Comfortable and quiet

Condo has beautiful layout with bath and living room open to the beach with amazing view and rushing sounds of the ocean. Definitely worth the rate. Plan to stay again
